Tum Dena Saath Mera 20th August 2026 Written Update: Aparajita Gets Jealous of Rakshit and Ira, A Mysterious Man Hides in the Truck
The 20th August 2026 episode of Tum Dena Saath Mera brings Aparajita face-to-face with her growing feelings for Rakshit. While Sudha pushes Rakshit towards marriage with Ira, Aparajita repeatedly finds herself imagining their engagement. Meanwhile, Aradhya continues manipulating Vivaan, and a mysterious hooded man creates a new suspense around the company’s shipment.
The episode begins with Rakshit telling Sudha that he is ready to marry Ira.
Sudha, Sheela and Ira become extremely happy after hearing this.
Aparajita, however, is left completely shocked.
Sudha asks Rakshit whether he is really sure about his decision.
Rakshit confidently says that he will get engaged to Ira that very day.
He takes the ring from Sudha and walks towards Ira.
Aparajita suddenly rushes into the room and pushes Rakshit’s hand away.
She tells him that he cannot do this.
But suddenly, Aparajita realises something.
It was all a dream.
Rakshit was actually sitting there eating an onion ring.
Aparajita becomes embarrassed by her own imagination.
Rakshit looks at her in confusion and asks what she is doing.
Aparajita immediately apologizes.
Sudha, however, becomes angry and scolds Aparajita for entering Rakshit’s room without permission.
Aparajita quietly says sorry and leaves.
Sudha then jokes with Rakshit about how they were discussing his engagement while he was busy eating onion rings.
Rakshit tells Sudha that he knows she only wants what is best for him, but this is not the right time to discuss marriage.
He explains that the company’s reputation is currently at stake and he is already under immense pressure.
Ira supports him.
She tells Sudha that Rakshit is right and suggests that they discuss the engagement later.
Sudha agrees, although Sheela gives Ira an unhappy look.
Aparajita struggles with her feelings
Aparajita later goes to Rashmi.
Rashmi quickly understands that something is troubling her.
She tells Aparajita that the onion ring could eventually turn into an engagement ring, and if Aparajita does not clear her confusion soon, she may regret it later.
Rashmi gives her a plate of food.
Aparajita continues thinking about Rashmi’s words while eating.
She suddenly starts coughing.
Rakshit notices her and places a glass of water on her table.
Aparajita drinks the water but continues coughing.
Rakshit then blows gently on her head and tells her that it helps stop the cough.
Aparajita once again realises that she has been lost in her imagination.
She looks over and sees Rakshit eating in his room.
Mohit arrives and teases Aparajita, telling her that instead of getting jealous, she should make some tea.
Aparajita refuses, saying that she does not have time.
Mohit says that he is also busy and leaves.
Later, Rakshit approaches Aparajita and asks her to help count the ready stock.
Aparajita says she will do it with Mansi instead.
She becomes irritated when Rakshit addresses her as “Aparajita ji.”
She sarcastically calls him “Mr. Bharadwaj” and tells him to go and eat another onion ring.
Rakshit immediately wonders whether she is alright.
Aparajita herself seems confused by her behaviour and asks what is happening to her before walking away.
Aparajita tries to help Aradhya
Later, Aparajita apologizes to Vivaan for scolding him earlier regarding Aradhya.
She explains that Aradhya is not a bad person at heart and has realised her mistakes.
Aparajita asks Vivaan not to misunderstand Aradhya and then leaves.
Meanwhile, Vivaan meets Aradhya.
He tells her that Rohan could have died because of what she did.
Aradhya emotionally responds that she is nothing without Vivaan.
She admits that she lied because she was afraid of losing him and argues that everything is fair in love and war.
She breaks down and says that she would die without him.
Aradhya then claims that she is freeing Vivaan from herself and her love.
She says that she will leave.
Vivaan hugs her.
However, Aradhya secretly thinks that her lie has defeated Aparajita’s truth.
Vivaan reminds her that Sudha will never agree to their relationship and tells Aradhya that she should forget him.
The company work continues
Meanwhile, Rakshit informs the employees that they need only 100 more samples.
He tells everyone that if they are tired, they should go and sleep.
But the employees refuse to stop.
They assure Rakshit that they will continue working until the task is completed.
Rashmi brings snacks for Rakshit.
He enjoys them and says that they taste delicious.
However, his expression changes when he discovers that Malti made the snacks.
Elsewhere, Dubey informs everyone that the samples are ready.
Rakshit appreciates the employees for their hard work and thanks them.
He personally places the final box inside the truck.
But just as the work appears to be complete, Aparajita notices something suspicious.
She sees a hooded man hiding inside the truck.
Aparajita is left shocked and suspicious about who the mysterious person could be and what he is doing there.
The episode ends on this suspenseful note.

Sudha asks Aparajita, “Where is Rakshit?”
She tells Aparajita that Rakshit was last seen with her.
Aparajita becomes worried and starts searching for Rakshit.
Review
This episode is a fun mix of romance, jealousy and suspense. Aparajita repeatedly imagining Rakshit and Ira getting engaged makes it increasingly obvious that her feelings for Rakshit are becoming difficult for her to control. The onion-ring misunderstanding also adds some light comedy to an otherwise emotional track.
Rashmi’s warning is particularly important because Aparajita cannot keep pretending that Rakshit means nothing to her. Her irritated reaction when he calls her “Aparajita ji” and her sarcastic onion-ring comment make her jealousy rather obvious.
The Aradhya-Vivaan track continues to be frustrating but effective, especially because Aradhya is still trying to manipulate the situation even after everything that happened with Rohan.
However, the hooded man inside the truck is the episode’s biggest hook. With the company already under pressure and Rakshit being involved, this mysterious entry could lead to a major twist in the next episode.
