Yeh Fitoor Tera 30th August 2026 Written Update: Anup Stands By Soumya, Roop Refuses To Leave The House
The latest episode of Yeh Fitoor Tera brings another intense confrontation as Roop refuses to accept the consequences of his actions and continues to challenge Anup and the entire family. While Soumya finally gets the support she desperately needs, Roop uses the house ownership as his biggest weapon and refuses to leave. The family is therefore forced to make a difficult decision to protect Soumya while staying under the same roof as Roop.
Roop Refuses To Accept Soumya’s Allegations
The episode begins with Roop reminding Anup that the house has been transferred into his name. He proudly claims that he is therefore the legal owner and has every right to remain there. Jeet becomes furious after hearing him and struggles to control his anger.
Anup lashes out at Roop and calls him foolish for transferring the house into his own name merely to show respect to him. Roop hits back by accusing Anup of being foolish for trusting him without questioning his intentions.
Anup, however, makes his position very clear. He tells Roop that he completely trusts Soumya because his daughter has never lied to him. Roop eventually admits that Soumya is not lying about what happened, but he tries to minimise the seriousness of her revelation by pointing out that the incident happened many years ago.
Roop then attempts to shift the blame onto Soumya. He questions why she did not come directly to him with her problems and instead spoke to Jeet. He accuses Jeet of taking advantage of the situation and tries to portray himself as the victim.
Anup And Jeet Protect Soumya
Roop does not stop there. He accuses Jeet of burning down their house and makes another offensive remark about girls of the present generation, suggesting that they take extreme steps simply to gain sympathy.
Soumya refuses to allow Roop to manipulate the situation. She firmly states that she has not lied and that everything she has revealed is the truth.
Roop then tries another tactic. He tells Soumya that the best way to end the family conflict is for her to apologise so that everyone can reunite. When he attempts to touch her, Anup, Krish and Jeet immediately stop him.
The family stands firmly behind Soumya.
Anup warns Roop to stay away from his daughter. Roop pretends to be hurt by Anup’s behaviour, but Anup refuses to fall for his emotional drama. He tells Roop to stop acting because he can clearly see that Soumya is strong enough to speak about the truth.
Anup once again asks Roop to leave the house.
Anup Decides To Leave
Roop reminds Anup that the registry is in his name and declares himself the owner of the house. Faced with this situation, Anup decides that he has no option but to leave.
He asks Madhu to start packing their belongings.
Uma attempts to stop him and insists that he should not leave. Roop immediately threatens Uma and warns her not to interfere, claiming that he will throw her out as well.
Anup is left shocked by Roop’s behaviour.
As the family begins discussing their next move, Madhu worries about the consequences of leaving the house. She fears that the locality will start questioning them and, more importantly, Soumya could become the target of gossip and humiliation.
Anup explains that they cannot continue living under the same roof as Roop after everything that has happened.
Madhu Refuses To Leave Soumya Alone
Madhu reminds Anup that they have a responsibility to stand beside Soumya now that she has finally found the courage to reveal her painful truth.
She worries about Soumya’s future and points out that she will eventually have to get married. Madhu fears that leaving the house could lead people to question Soumya’s character instead of focusing on the truth.
Anup understands her concern.
For him, protecting Soumya’s dignity and safety is now more important than anything else.
Soumya tries to calm her father, but Anup asks Madhu to tell Soumya to pack her belongings as well. Madhu refuses. She makes it clear that she will not allow Soumya to be placed in a situation where people begin questioning her character simply because the family left the house.
Madhu decides that they must stay and face Roop.
Interestingly, Roop also agrees with Madhu’s argument and tells Anup not to put Soumya’s reputation at risk by creating unnecessary drama.
Krish eventually takes Anup away and tries to calm him down.
Jeet Finds A Solution
Anup finds himself trapped between two difficult choices. Roop continues reminding him that changing his address could lead to questions from the locality and create another problem for Soumya.
Jeet then comes up with a practical solution.
He suggests that Anup and the family move upstairs and stay with him. This way, they can remain in the same house without changing their address or leaving Soumya to face the consequences alone.
Roop immediately objects.
He says that he cannot live with the so-called “rowdy” Anup.
Madhu, however, supports Jeet’s suggestion. She tells Anup that staying upstairs is the only practical option left.
Roop is stunned by Madhu’s decision and questions whether she has lost her mind.
Anup finally makes his choice.
He decides to stay with Jeet.
Roop warns the family that they will regret their decision one day, but Anup refuses to back down.
The Family Moves Upstairs
Soon, the family begins carrying their luggage upstairs.
The emotional situation becomes even more significant when everyone makes sure that Soumya does not have to do any of the work. Their actions make it clear that they are standing beside her after everything she has revealed.
Roop continues taunting Soumya and calls her a liar once again.
Jeet finally loses his patience.
He tells Roop to stop overacting and once again stands up for Soumya. He asks her to ignore Roop’s words and focus on moving forward.
Jeet’s support gives Soumya some emotional strength, but she still feels guilty about the situation.
Soumya Blames Herself
Soumya becomes emotional and tells Jeet that she had always been afraid of this day.
She never wanted her truth to become the reason behind the breaking of the relationship between her Papa and Tauji. She feels responsible for the tension within the family and regrets that everything has reached such a painful point.
Jeet refuses to let her blame herself.
He starts cleaning the house and tries to make Soumya feel comfortable. He reminds her that Anup is standing firmly beside her and that she does not need to feel alone.
Jeet tells Soumya to stay happy because her entire family is supporting her.
He puts the blame entirely on Roop for creating the chaos and destroying the peace of the family.
Soumya finally finds some comfort in knowing that she is not facing the battle alone.

The episode ends with the family beginning a new chapter under the same roof but in separate spaces. Roop remains determined to assert his ownership and refuses to accept defeat, while Anup, Madhu, Krish and Jeet stand united in protecting Soumya.
Soumya’s biggest fear has come true — her revelation has changed the family forever. However, she now has something she lacked earlier: the courage to speak and a family willing to believe her.
The coming episodes are likely to bring another major confrontation between Roop and the family as both sides refuse to back down.
