Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 30th August 2026 Written Update: Abhira Worries About Vidya, Myra Hides Kabir’s Secret
The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai brings emotional tension, family concerns and a sweet new twist in Myra’s life. While Abhira and Armaan remain worried about Vidya’s health and desperately try to convince her to visit a doctor, Myra finds herself caught in a small lie because of Kabir. Meanwhile, Kabir’s growing interest in Myra adds another interesting layer to the story.
Abhira And Armaan Worry About Vidya
The episode begins with Vidya insisting that she is perfectly fine. However, Abhira refuses to believe her. She points out that Vidya is deliberately avoiding the doctor because she is scared that the lump could turn out to be a tumour.
Armaan is deeply shocked when he hears this. He tries to speak to Vidya, but she immediately stops him. Vidya makes it clear that she does not want to discuss her health anymore and asks everyone to leave the matter alone.
Armaan is unable to hide his concern. He has already experienced the pain of losing Shivani, and the thought of something happening to Vidya terrifies him. Abhira understands his fear and tells him that they cannot simply ignore Vidya’s condition.
She believes Armaan is the only person who can convince Vidya to get proper medical attention.
Raghav And Nandani Prepare For The Rasleela Competition
Elsewhere, Nandani asks Raghav which accessories would look best with her sari. Raghav sweetly tells her that she will look beautiful in any jewellery she chooses.
Meanwhile, Myra asks Kabir to bring the sari because she is waiting outside his house. Kabir, however, asks Raghav and Nandani to continue their dance practice.
Raghav points out that it is already night, but Kabir refuses to accept the excuse. He says that practice does not depend on whether it is day or night. His only goal is to make sure Raghav and Nandani win the Rasleela competition.
Nandani becomes curious about Kabir’s sudden determination to make them practice so much.
At the same time, Myra waits impatiently for Kabir with the sari. She becomes irritated by the mosquitoes while wondering when he will finally arrive. Kabir eventually manages to take the sari with him.
Things become complicated when Nandani realizes that her sari is missing. She immediately becomes worried and asks Raghav to find it.
Myra Covers For Kabir
Myra and Kabir eventually exchange the sari. Kabir notices Raghav’s choice and becomes doubtful about what has happened. Myra, however, tells him that it is fine because Raghav genuinely tried to do something thoughtful for Nandani.
Soon, Raghav sees Myra with the sari and confronts her.
Kabir quickly signals Myra not to reveal the truth.
Raghav asks Myra to explain why she took the sari. Myra is forced to lie. She tells him that she secretly entered his house because she wanted to take back Abhira’s sari.
Raghav understands what Myra is trying to do. Rather than creating another scene, he simply tells her that she should use the front door next time.
Kabir is relieved that Myra has successfully saved him from getting caught.
Myra then asks Raghav what he plans to tell Nandani. Raghav assures her that he will explain everything to Nandani himself. This little incident unexpectedly brings Myra and Raghav closer, and the two begin developing a friendly bond.
Armaan Tries To Convince Vidya
Meanwhile, Abhira and Armaan decide that they cannot continue ignoring Vidya’s health concerns.
Armaan becomes emotional and admits that he has already lost Shivani. He says he cannot bear the thought of losing Vidya too.
Abhira comforts him and insists that they need to speak to Vidya properly. She believes Vidya needs to see a doctor before making assumptions about her condition.
Vidya checks her phone and once again looks at information related to her lump. Her fear is clearly visible.
Armaan approaches her and tries to convince her to undergo a medical examination. However, Vidya refuses. She tells him that she cannot discuss the matter with him and continues avoiding both Armaan and Abhira.
Her refusal only makes the family more worried.
Kabir Sends Myra A Surprise
Meanwhile, Myra starts thinking about the lie she told for Kabir. She wonders why she went to such lengths to protect him.
She worries that Raghav now thinks she is a thief because of what happened with the sari.
Kabir calls her and thanks her for saving him. Myra, however, is not exactly pleased. She reminds him that because of his mistake, Raghav now has the wrong impression about her.
Kabir tells her not to worry because he has sent a thank-you gift.
Myra becomes curious and decides to find out what Kabir has sent her.
At the same time, Abhira notices the sari and asks Armaan whether he exchanged it. Armaan then questions Myra about the sari.
Myra quickly claims that she returned it to the shopkeeper.
Armaan becomes suspicious and asks whether she is telling the truth. Myra manages to convince both Armaan and Abhira.
However, another surprise is waiting for her.
Kabir’s Cake Leaves Myra Flustered
Myra meets a delivery boy and receives a cake sent by Kabir. She is clearly surprised by his thoughtful gesture.
Kabir immediately calls Myra, hoping to know whether she liked the cake.
But things take an unexpected turn when Abhira answers the phone instead.
Kabir is stunned.
Before he can say much, Raghav also calls him. Kabir remains hopeful that Myra has received the cake and appreciates his gesture.
Meanwhile, Armaan and Abhira continue discussing Vidya’s health. Their main concern remains convincing her to visit a doctor before her fears become reality.
Another Family Story Resurfaces
Elsewhere, Manoj speaks with Tanya. Kajal then asks Krish to talk to Tanya, hoping that she may have finally forgiven him after these two years.
Krish, however, refuses to speak with Tanya.
The tension surrounding their relationship continues quietly in the background.
Back at home, Armaan notices that Myra has received a cake. He asks her who sent it and why.
Myra is put on the spot.
Armaan then scolds her for eating the cake, while Abhira tries to calm him down. She reminds Armaan that he is already under immense stress because of Vidya’s health and should not take out his frustration on everyone around him.
The episode ends with several questions hanging in the air.
Vidya continues refusing medical help despite the family’s growing concern. At the same time, Myra is becoming increasingly involved with Kabir, even though she herself is unsure why she is going out of her way to protect him.

It looks like Abhira may soon start investigating Myra’s new secret, while Vidya’s health mystery continues to create tension within the family.
