Sanyam Refuses To Accept Deshraj As His Father

When the pandit asks Sanyam to take his father’s blessings, Sanyam coldly responds that his father died long ago. According to him, the man standing before him is merely his mother’s husband. Sanyam then questions Deshraj’s yearly presence at his mother’s death anniversary. He feels that Deshraj is simply pretending to care about the woman he failed to protect.

Juhi tries calling Sanyam, but he cuts her call. Meanwhile, Deshraj insists that he genuinely loved his wife despite losing her. Sanyam becomes furious and accuses Deshraj of burning his mother alive. He tells him that a man who does not even know what his wife liked has no right to pretend that he remembers or cares about her.

Sanyam Blames Deshraj For His Mother’s Death

As Sanyam prepares to leave, Deshraj asks him how long he intends to remain alone. Sanyam makes his position clear once again. He refuses to be called “beta” and says that he already has people he loves in his life, but Deshraj and his family are not among them.

Mukul then threatens to destroy Sanyam’s new relationships. Sanyam immediately warns him not to interfere in his life.

Sanyam later tells Mukul that he is leaving him because he is his mother’s elder son. When Sanyam walks away, Mukul questions Deshraj about why he stopped him. Deshraj explains that he does not want outsiders to witness their family problems.

However, Sanyam’s name keeps coming up in Juhi’s speech. She says that she could not have won the case without his support. She even casually admits that she finds him good-looking.

Juhi decides to call him and thank him, but Sanyam still does not answer. Suchitra notices how much Juhi cares about him, quietly realizing that Sanyam has started becoming an important person in Juhi’s life.

Sanyam Confronts Deshraj About His Mother

Sanyam eventually returns home, followed by Deshraj and Mukul. Deshraj once again tries to convince him that he did not kill his mother.

Sanyam refuses to accept his explanation. He asks Deshraj to look at the place where his mother was burned and remember how his actions caused immense suffering. Sanyam recalls how his mother desperately ran for help and wanted to survive but could not escape the fire.

He says he was helpless at the time and could not save her, but Deshraj was also there and failed to help her.

Deshraj insists that he loved Sanyam’s mother and that Sanyam has misunderstood the entire situation. Sanyam, however, accuses him of using his mother’s death to strengthen his political position.

For Sanyam, this is not simply an old family disagreement. It is the wound that has shaped his entire relationship with his father.

Sanyam Refuses To Reveal His Identity

Sanyam declares that he will never use Deshraj’s name and will never tell the world that he is Deshraj’s son.

Mukul asks him how long he can continue hiding the truth. Sanyam gives a powerful condition. He says he will hide the truth until Deshraj publicly accepts that he abandoned his wife and left her to die.

Only if Deshraj accepts this truth will Sanyam acknowledge him as his father.

But Sanyam is convinced that Deshraj will never make such an admission because his political image matters more to him.

The Juhi-Sanyam track also becomes more interesting as Juhi’s feelings start becoming increasingly obvious. Her repeated calls, the way she praises Sanyam and even her admission that he is good-looking give the relationship a sweet, slightly playful layer against Sanyam’s much darker emotional baggage.

The strongest portion of the episode is Sanyam’s confrontation with Deshraj. His refusal to accept a relationship built only on blood ties makes the scene emotionally powerful. At the same time, Mukul’s warning about Juhi discovering the truth sets up an interesting conflict for the future.

Overall, the episode successfully balances family drama, emotional trauma and the developing Juhi-Sanyam connection.
