The episode wants us to see Myra and Kabir’s relationship as an emotional love story, but the romance still feels rushed. Myra’s sudden decision to run away with Kabir, followed by a confession of love and now a marriage decision, makes the relationship feel like it is skipping several important emotional steps.

Myra’s behaviour also comes across as immature at times. Running away with Kabir in front of everyone, knowing how much tension already exists between the families, makes her look more impulsive than romantic.

Kabir, too, seems completely swept away by Myra and is not thinking practically enough about the consequences.

The interesting part is Myra’s confession that she wants both her parents and Kabir. That at least gives the track an emotional conflict beyond simple romance. She does not want to choose between the people she loves.
