Tum Dena Saath Mera 26th September 2026 Written Update: Rakshit Learns Aparajita’s Secret and Decides to Keep His Distance

The 26th September episode of Tum Dena Saath Mera focuses on the emotional consequences of Aparajita’s decision to seek counselling and the misunderstanding it creates within the family. While Sudha worries that something is seriously wrong with Aparajita, Arvind and Mohit try to make her understand that counselling is not something that should be treated like a disease or a shameful secret. At the same time, Rakshit finally begins to understand what Aparajita has been going through.

Sudha Gets Worried About Aparajita

The episode begins with Sudha deeply disturbed after learning about Aparajita’s counselling. She starts thinking that Aparajita might have some kind of disease or serious problem. Her biggest concern is Rakshit.

Sudha remembers that Rakshit had eloped to marry Aparajita without even taking his parents’ permission. She had believed that the two of them were genuinely in love and that there were no major secrets between them. Now, after learning that Aparajita had been taking counselling without telling Rakshit, Sudha starts questioning whether their marriage is really as perfect as she believed it was.

What hurts her even more is that Aparajita never told Rakshit about the issue.

Arvind tries to calm Sudha down. He tells her that counselling is not a disease. It has become a normal way for people to deal with emotional confusion and difficult situations. Mohit also supports Aparajita and explains that when someone feels helpless or unable to handle something on their own, seeking professional counselling can actually be the sensible thing to do.

Arvind tells Sudha that this is ultimately a matter between Rakshit and Aparajita. As husband and wife, they have the right to handle their personal issues themselves. He asks Sudha not to interfere in their relationship.

Sudha feels that nobody understands what she is trying to say. She insists that she is only worried about her son’s life and future. Arvind continues to tell her that she cannot keep interfering in their personal matters simply because she is concerned about Rakshit.

Unable to accept his words, Sudha leaves angrily. Arvind follows her.

Aradhya, on the other hand, is quietly pleased by the situation. She feels happy seeing everyone disappointed with Aparajita and watching the family question her.

Aparajita Finally Opens Up to Rakshit

Aparajita notices that Rakshit is upset. She understands that he is hurt because she kept the counselling a secret from him.

She apologises and explains that she had thought about telling him many times. She wanted to share the truth with him, but every time she tried, she could not bring herself to do it.

Rakshit surprises her by saying that he is the one who should apologise.

He admits that he never really tried to understand what was happening in Aparajita’s mind. He only thought about his own feelings and never stopped to ask what she wanted.

Rakshit realises that he should have asked Aparajita whether she was comfortable moving forward romantically with him. Instead, he assumed that everything was fine because they were married and loved each other.

He admits that he never considered the possibility that Aparajita might have been uncomfortable with him. He feels guilty that he forced himself into a situation without properly understanding her feelings.

Aparajita immediately tells him that he has misunderstood her.

She honestly admits that she was uncomfortable about moving forward with him at first. She was confused about her own feelings and did not know how to handle the situation. That confusion is why she sought counselling from Pammi.

Aparajita makes one thing very clear to Rakshit: she is comfortable with him now.

She feels safe around him. She is genuinely happy with him and does not want him to think that counselling means she does not love or trust him.

Her words finally reach Rakshit, and the two share an emotional hug.

For Aparajita, this is not about pushing Rakshit away. It is about understanding herself before taking the next step in their relationship.

Vivian Confronts Aradhya

Later, Vivian confronts Aradhya.

He has understood that Aradhya deliberately created the situation and exposed Aparajita’s personal matter in front of everyone. He accuses her of intentionally damaging Aparajita’s image and turning the family against her.

Aradhya does not back down. Instead, she defends what she has done.

The argument becomes personal when Aradhya finally vents out the real reason behind her behaviour. She complains that Aparajita always manages to steal her spotlight. Whenever Aparajita is around, people notice her, appreciate her and become impressed by her.

Aradhya admits that she does not like it.

Vivian is shocked by her attitude. He reminds her that Aparajita is her own sister. Instead of being jealous of her, Aradhya should feel proud of her.

He questions why she constantly compares herself with Aparajita.

Aradhya, already angry, continues to vent her frustration on Vivian. Her resentment toward Aparajita is no longer hidden, and Vivian clearly sees that jealousy is driving much of her behaviour.

Arvind Warns Sudha

The conflict between Arvind and Sudha continues.

Arvind scolds Sudha for targeting Aparajita and making a simple counselling matter appear much bigger than it is.

Sudha insists that she is only trying to protect her son. She cannot understand why everyone is treating her concern so casually.

Arvind explains again that attending counselling is not some terrible thing. There is nothing wrong with someone seeking professional help when they are struggling with their emotions or a relationship.

Sudha argues that Aparajita should at least have told her husband about it.

The argument becomes increasingly emotional.

Arvind tells Sudha that she has always been proud of how fiercely she protects her son, but he now fears that in trying to protect Rakshit from everything, she might actually end up losing him.

He tells her that she has changed.

According to Arvind, the Sudha he married was understanding and adjusting. The woman standing before him now is constantly interfering and trying to control situations in the name of protecting her children.

Sudha reminds him that she is a mother too. Naturally, she will worry about her children.

Arvind does not deny that. He only asks her to understand one important truth: Rakshit is not only her son anymore. He is also Aparajita’s husband.

Rakshit loves Aparajita, and Sudha needs to respect that relationship.

Arvind warns her and walks away, leaving Sudha to think about his words.

Rakshit Decides to Keep His Distance

Later, Aparajita tries to get closer to Rakshit.

Rakshit deliberately maintains his distance. Aparajita notices his behaviour but does not take it as an insult. Instead, she continues trying to bridge the emotional gap between them.

Rakshit makes an excuse to go to the washroom and later asks Aparajita to sleep.

Aparajita waits for him outside, but eventually falls asleep while waiting.

When Rakshit sees her sleeping, he quietly carries her to the bed.

The moment becomes emotional because Rakshit makes a silent promise to himself.

He will maintain his distance from Aparajita.

He does not want to touch her or force intimacy on her until she accepts him completely from her heart, without fear, confusion or pressure.

For Rakshit, this is his way of correcting the mistake he believes he made earlier.

A Lighter Moment at Home

Later, Malti is busy cleaning the house while Bua keeps teasing her.

Their exchange turns into another little argument, creating a lighter moment amid all the emotional tension.

Rakshmi manages to escape from the middle of their fight.

The family atmosphere continues to remain unpredictable, with one conflict leading into another.

Aparajita Tries to Win Rakshit Back

Later, Aparajita comes out of the washroom wearing Rakshit’s shirt.

Rakshit looks at her and cannot help admiring her.

For a moment, he forgets the promise he made to himself.

He is clearly attracted to her and finds it difficult to maintain the emotional distance he has decided upon. Still, he controls himself and keeps his distance.

Aparajita understands that Rakshit is deliberately holding himself back.

Rather than feeling defeated, she becomes determined to win his heart all over again.

She wants Rakshit to understand that she is not afraid of him and that her earlier confusion does not mean she does not love him.

The episode ends with Aparajita determined to rebuild the emotional and romantic connection between them, while Rakshit chooses patience over pressure.

Tum Dena Saath Mera 26th September 2026 Review

This episode handles Aparajita’s counselling revelation more through emotions than unnecessary melodrama. Sudha immediately turning counselling into a major problem is frustrating, but Arvind’s response brings some much-needed perspective. The real strength of the episode is Rakshit’s conversation with Aparajita.

His realisation that he never stopped to ask whether she was comfortable gives their relationship a much-needed emotional reset. Aparajita’s clarification that she feels safe and happy with him also prevents the counselling track from being reduced to a simple misunderstanding.

The Aradhya-Vivian confrontation is equally interesting because Aradhya finally admits what has been bothering her: Aparajita constantly gets the attention and appreciation she wants for herself. That jealousy is now becoming impossible for her to hide.

The final portion is particularly sweet because Rakshit chooses to respect Aparajita’s boundaries, even though he clearly struggles to stay away from her. Aparajita, in turn, is ready to prove that she can approach him without fear.

The precap raises the stakes again, with Aradhya preparing to reveal Aparajita’s secret to her parents and Rakshit deciding that Aparajita should spend a week at her parents’ house. So, just when the couple begins understanding each other better, another round of family interference is waiting.
