Mannat 29th September 2026 Written Update: Dua Escapes Ankit as Vikrant Risks Everything to Save Her
The episode begins with Vikrant and Mannat desperately requesting the ACP to help them save Dua. Their daughter is still missing, and every passing moment is making their fear worse.
The ACP tries to reassure them. He tells Vikrant that they have already sent a team to search for Ankit and are hopeful that they will find him soon.
Vikrant remains worried. He tells the ACP that Samragi is extremely manipulative. They have already tried several ways to make her confess her crimes, but she has managed to keep the truth hidden. Vikrant is terrified that Samragi could somehow harm Dua.
The ACP reveals that Samragi has still not disclosed anything about her gang.
Mannat is unable to hide her fear. She worries that they may lose Dua. Seeing her breaking down, Vikrant consoles her and assures her that they will find their daughter.
Samragi Orders Ankit to Sell Dua
At the same time, Ankit is speaking to Samragi on the phone.
Samragi gives him a clear instruction. She tells him to sell Dua to her child trafficking gang. She warns him to keep a very close watch on the little girl because Dua is smart and has inherited that intelligence from her mother.
Samragi knows that Dua cannot be underestimated.
She orders Ankit not to let her escape from his custody.
Ankit assures her that he will keep a close eye on Dua and will not give her any opportunity to run away.
But Ankit’s confidence does not last long.
Dua regains consciousness.
She pretends to be asleep and acts as if she needs water. Ankit believes that she is still helpless and thinks about how he has to take care of her until he can hand her over to the child trafficking gang.
Dua quietly waits for the right opportunity.
She manages to untie her hands and legs and finally escapes.
When Ankit realises what has happened, he desperately searches for her, but Dua has already managed to get away from his custody.
Ankit immediately calls Dhairya and tells him that Dua has escaped.
Dhairya is furious.
He scolds Ankit for failing to protect a child and demands that he find Dua immediately.
Bunty and Yuvi Regret Their Mistake
Elsewhere, Bunty and Yuvi apologise to Roni for hiding the truth from him.
They regret allowing Dua to go out alone and realise that they should have been more careful.
Roni tries to reassure them. He tells them that Vikrant and Mannat will bring Dua safely back home.
At the same time, Mallika prepares to bring Ganapati Bappa home.
Bunty is surprised by her decision. He asks how she can celebrate when Dua is missing and everyone in the family is worried.
Mallika tells him that she knows everyone is upset about Dua.
Still, she believes that bringing Ganapati Bappa home will bring positive energy and hope into the house. She firmly believes that Bappa will help rescue Dua from the villain.

Dhairya Tricks Dua
Meanwhile, Ankit spots Dua but fails to catch her.
Dhairya then takes matters into his own hands.
He stops an auto in front of Dua while disguised so that she cannot recognise him. He offers her a lift.
Dua is desperate to get away from Ankit, so she accepts the offer and gets into Dhairya’s auto.
She tells him to drop her at the Saluja mansion.
Dhairya immediately starts calculating his next move.
He assumes that Mannat and Vikrant may not be at home, which would make it easier for him to take Dua there without raising suspicion.
He also knows that if he openly forces Dua to stay in the auto, the police could notice his behaviour and arrest him. So instead, he keeps talking to Dua and tries to make the situation appear completely normal.
Dua remains unaware of his real identity.
But fate suddenly changes the situation.
Dua notices Mannat and Mallika.
Her face lights up when she sees them. She immediately asks Dhairya to stop so that she can get down and go to Mannat.
Dhairya is shocked.
He never expected Mannat to be there at that exact moment.
He quickly stops Dua from getting out and forces her to remain inside the auto.
Dua realises that something is wrong.
She cannot openly alert Mannat, so she finds another way.
As the auto moves away, Dua deliberately leaves her sandal behind.

Samragi has demanded that he get her released from jail and return to Manyata within two days.
Vikrant believes he has to agree because Dua’s life is at stake.
Mannat refuses to accept his decision.
She tells Vikrant that he is thinking emotionally and making a foolish choice. She strongly believes that Samragi will not simply release Dua even after getting bail.
Instead, freeing Samragi could make Dua’s situation even more dangerous.
Mannat warns Vikrant not to fall into Samragi’s trap.

This episode keeps the tension alive without giving Dua an easy escape. Her cleverness in freeing herself from Ankit is a strong moment, but the relief lasts only briefly because Dhairya manages to trick her by disguising himself.
Dua leaving her sandal behind is easily the smartest move in the episode. She cannot openly shout for Mannat’s help, so she finds another way to leave a clue. It also gives the story a nice little suspense hook because Mannat senses that something is wrong even when everyone tells her that she may be imagining it.
The Vikrant-Mannat confrontation works well too. Vikrant is ready to sacrifice himself and agree to Samragi’s demand because he is desperate to save Dua, while Mannat is the one forcing him to think beyond the immediate danger. Her point is simple: rescuing Dua cannot mean blindly following Samragi’s instructions.
And then comes the sandal discovery at the perfect moment.
The precap promises an even bigger confrontation, with Ankit trying to abduct Dua again and Mannat fighting to protect her. The attack from behind raises the stakes further.
