Dr. Aarambhi 30th September 2026 Written Update: Vishwas Plots Against Aarambhi as Raj Confronts Sunny
The latest episode of Dr. Aarambhi keeps the tension high as multiple crises unfold inside the Tandon house. Aarambhi tries to help the people around her, unaware that Vishwas is already preparing a plan against her. At the same time, Raj arrives to rescue Manmeet from Sunny, only to find himself caught in a dangerous confrontation.
While Aarambhi rushes to help Soundarya, Raj uses hidden evidence to challenge Sunny. But Sunny turns the situation around by taking Manmeet hostage and demanding that Raj destroy the proof against him.
Aarambhi Helps the Tired Security Guard
The episode begins with Aarambhi noticing that the security guard, Prabhakar, looks exhausted.
She asks him what happened.
Prabhakar tells her that he has been suffering from a headache since morning.
Aarambhi immediately becomes concerned and asks him to rest in his cabin.
She tells him that she will bring her doctor’s kit and treat him.
Prabhakar agrees, and Aarambhi leaves to get the necessary medical supplies.
Her instinct to help someone in need once again takes priority, but she has no idea that another crisis is about to unfold inside the house.
Aarambhi and Vishwas Come Face-to-Face
Aarambhi accidentally runs into Vishwas inside the house.
She immediately apologises for bumping into him.
Vishwas also apologises to Aarambhi for hurting her.
The exchange carries much more weight than a simple apology.
Aarambhi tells Vishwas that the damage has already been done.
She says she wishes she had understood everything much earlier.
The emotional weight of everything she has discovered is clearly still affecting her.
Aarambhi does not want to continue the conversation and walks away.
Soon after, Suneel asks Vishwas to go and handle the reporters.
Vishwas agrees and leaves.
But his calm behaviour hides the fact that he has his own plans brewing.
Raj Comes to Rescue Manmeet
Raj, meanwhile, is worried about Manmeet.
He asks her why she is suffering so much.
Manmeet tells him that Sunny is extremely dangerous and that he is capable of doing anything to her.
Raj refuses to leave her alone.
He tells Manmeet that he will not spare Sunny and reveals that he has come to take her away.
Raj asks her to come with him.
The two prepare to leave, but their escape is interrupted when they realise that Sunny is awake.
The situation immediately becomes dangerous again.
Kunika Enjoys the Tandon Family’s Trouble
Dimple and Suneel later speak with Kunika.
Kunika casually tells them how much she enjoyed the decorations and seeing Lord Ganesh Bappa.
The moment she mentions the decorations, Suneel and Dimple’s expressions change.
They become visibly uncomfortable and quickly leave.
Kunika then speaks with Dhruv about how much she is enjoying watching the Tandon family suffer.
Her attitude shows that she has little sympathy for the family’s troubles.
Soon, Kunika and Dhruv notice Vihaan troubling Soundarya.
Vihaan refuses to eat his food and makes things difficult for Soundarya.
Dhruv steps in to help.
When Vihaan tries to run away, Dhruv stops him and feeds him.
He also notices that Soundarya looks exhausted.
Dhruv asks her to rest.
Soundarya agrees and leaves.
Aarambhi Discovers Soundarya Is Having Labour Pains
Aarambhi returns to the security guard’s cabin to check on Prabhakar.
But Prabhakar is nowhere to be found.
Before she can figure out where he went, Soundarya approaches Aarambhi.
Soundarya tells her that she is experiencing pain.
Aarambhi immediately examines her and realises that she may be having labour pains.
She quickly makes Soundarya lie down on the bed.
The situation becomes serious.
Aarambhi knows that Soundarya needs attention and that the labour could progress quickly.
She tries to contact Dhruv for help.
Unfortunately, she notices that her phone battery is almost dead.
This leaves Aarambhi in a difficult situation just as another crisis is unfolding elsewhere in the house.
Raj Confronts Sunny
Raj asks Sunny to move aside and let Manmeet leave.
Sunny refuses.
Raj still tries to take Manmeet away.
Sunny orders Manmeet to let go of Raj’s hand.
Manmeet, worried that Raj could get hurt because of her, asks him to leave.
She tells him that she does not want him to suffer because of her.
Raj reassures her.
He tells Manmeet that Sunny will not be able to harm her.
Raj then confronts Sunny directly and declares that his game is over.
He reveals that he has already called the police.
Sunny is not intimidated.
Instead, he mocks Raj.
Sunny claims that the police will not be able to do anything because Manmeet will tell them that Raj broke the door and attacked him.
He also accuses Raj of forcing himself on his own wife.
Raj refuses to back down.
He tells Sunny that he has evidence against him.
Raj Reveals the Hidden Camera
Raj then reveals the proof he has been carrying.
He shows Sunny a keychain containing a hidden camera.
Sunny is shocked.
The device has captured evidence that could expose him.

He grabs Manmeet and takes her hostage.
He demands that Raj destroy the evidence.

He agrees to Sunny’s demand but asks him to release Manmeet.

Dhruv Searches for Aarambhi
Elsewhere, Dhruv starts looking for Aarambhi.
He searches through the house but cannot find her.
Aarambhi, meanwhile, is still dealing with Soundarya’s labour pains.
Her phone is almost out of battery, and she cannot easily contact anyone for assistance.
The episode ends with both situations hanging dangerously in the balance.
Raj is trying to save Manmeet from Sunny, while Aarambhi is trying to help Soundarya without knowing that Vishwas is preparing to make her the target of his next move.
Dr. Aarambhi 30th September 2026 Review
This episode does a good job of running two crises simultaneously.
Raj’s confrontation with Sunny is easily the more suspenseful track. The hidden camera gives Raj a strong piece of evidence, but Sunny immediately neutralises that advantage by taking Manmeet hostage. Raj may have proof, but saving Manmeet becomes his immediate priority.
Aarambhi’s track is equally tense for a different reason. She begins the episode helping Prabhakar with a headache and ends up dealing with Soundarya’s possible labour pains. Her medical instincts keep pulling her toward people who need help, even when she herself is surrounded by danger.
The biggest threat, though, is Vishwas.
After everything Aarambhi has learned about him, the precap suggests that he is no longer simply trying to hide his secrets. He is preparing to actively frame Aarambhi.
That could put Aarambhi in the middle of a completely different battle — one where the evidence may be deliberately turned against her.
