Bareilly Ke Bacchan 1st October 2026 Written Update: Ganga Meets Jyoti as Ajab’s Perfume Creates a New Problem

The 1st October 2026 episode of Bareilly Ke Bacchan brings another entertaining family situation as the Bacchan family prepares to meet Ganga’s prospective bride. Sangam comes up with a plan to make sure Ganga agrees to meet the girl without feeling pressured, but Ajab unknowingly throws a spanner in the works. From a broken slipper to an unusual perfume and finally a private meeting between Ganga and Jyoti, the episode keeps the family drama light and humorous.

Sangam Plans to Convince Ganga

The episode begins with Sangam discussing her plan with the Bacchan brothers. She wants to convince Ganga to meet the prospective bride without making him feel that the family is forcing him into marriage.

The plan seems simple enough until Ajab spots Ganga returning home.

Ajab immediately questions Ganga about why he is so late. Before Ganga can settle down, Ajab tells him to get ready because the family has to leave to meet his prospective bride.

Sangam and the others are left stunned. They feel that Ajab has completely ruined the plan because they wanted to convince Ganga gradually, rather than making the marriage meeting sound like an immediate family mission.

The Bacchan brothers step in and try to calm the situation. They tell Ganga that he should simply meet the girl and not get upset about anything. They assure him that meeting her does not mean he has to make an immediate decision.

After some convincing, Ganga finally agrees.

Ajab, completely unaware of the family’s earlier planning, wonders why everyone is still standing around instead of getting ready. Mahi also gets involved and makes a comment about Ajab, adding to the family’s usual chaos.

The Bacchan Family Gets Ready

The entire family starts preparing to leave.

Mahi asks Satluj which shirt he should wear. Satluj responds with his own comment, and their usual banter begins.

Satluj then notices that his slipper is in bad condition. He tries to fix it, but the situation quickly becomes another source of irritation.

Krishna arrives and jokingly tells Satluj that instead of trying to fix the slipper, he should scold it to get his way.

Satluj does not find the joke funny.

He gets furious and ends up fighting with Krishna. The argument escalates until Ganga intervenes and tries to stop the two from fighting.

Even when the family is supposed to be preparing for an important marriage meeting, the Bacchans cannot seem to get through the process without some drama.

Krishna Is Impressed by Sangam

Amid all the chaos, Krishna notices Sangam dressed in a saree.

He is clearly mesmerised by her appearance.

Sangam asks Krishna how she is looking, and Krishna happily praises her. He tells her that she looks great, making it clear that he is impressed by her traditional look.

Mahi then asks Sangam which shirt he should wear.

Sangam suggests that he wear the shirt he wore for the reception. Mahi agrees and goes to change.

After getting ready, Mahi returns and asks Krishna and Sangam how he looks.

Krishna tells him that he looks handsome. While saying it, Krishna’s attention is more focused on Sangam, adding a little more humour to the moment.

Ajab’s Special Perfume Causes Trouble

Just when everyone seems ready, Sangam suddenly notices a strange smell.

She tells the Bacchan family that something smells bad.

Krishna and the others immediately insist that the smell is not coming from them. Everyone starts wondering what could possibly be causing it.

Ajab, meanwhile, is more concerned about getting the family out on time. He tells everyone to finish getting ready because they should not be late.

The family finally prepares to leave.

Just before they go, Ajab returns and applies a special perfume oil to his hair.

Unfortunately, this turns out to be the source of the problem.

The Bacchan family reaches Brijesh’s house, but Sangam is still bothered by the smell. She once again tells everyone that something smells strange.

This time, Sangam decides to investigate properly.

She smells each family member one by one.

Eventually, she discovers the culprit.

The smell is coming from Ajab.

Ajab is surprised when Sangam points it out. He explains that it is not actually a bad smell. It is a special perfume oil that he has applied to his hair.

He proudly shows the oil to Sangam.

Sangam, though, is not impressed at all. She bluntly says that the perfume smells bad and makes it clear that they need to find something that can cover it up.

Krishna immediately gets an idea.

He takes a car freshener and places it near Ajab, using it to overpower the smell of the perfume.

The family’s serious marriage meeting has now turned into another comedy situation, all thanks to Ajab’s choice of perfume.

The Bacchans Meet Brijesh

The Bacchan family finally reaches Brijesh’s house to meet the prospective bride.

They meet Brijesh, and Ajab takes charge of introducing the family members to him.

During their conversation, Brijesh asks an interesting question: why did Krishna get married before Ganga?

Sangam explains that Krishna’s marriage was a love marriage that happened because of circumstances.

Brijesh then talks about his own daughter, Jyoti.

He explains that he has given Jyoti a lot of freedom. Because of this, he wants her to make her own decision about the marriage.

The statement makes the situation clear. This is not going to be a marriage where the families simply decide everything and expect the children to agree.

Jyoti will have a say.

Brijesh’s wife then brings Jyoti into the room.

Everyone turns their attention towards her.

Brijesh suggests that Ganga and Jyoti should be given some privacy so they can talk to each other and understand what they think about the proposal.

The Bacchan brothers immediately become worried about Ganga.

They know that he is now sitting alone with the prospective bride, and they are naturally curious about what could happen during their conversation.

Sangam and Ajab, though, agree with Brijesh’s suggestion.

The family gives Ganga and Jyoti some privacy.

The episode ends with the outcome of their conversation still unknown.

Precap: Jyoti’s Decision

In the precap, Sangam directly asks Jyoti about her decision regarding the wedding.

The question puts the focus firmly on Jyoti. After all the family’s efforts to bring Ganga and Jyoti together, it is now time to find out what she actually thinks about the marriage.

Review

This episode keeps Bareilly Ke Bacchan firmly in its fun family-drama zone. The marriage meeting itself is important, but the show smartly surrounds it with the kind of small household chaos that makes the Bacchan family entertaining.

Ajab’s perfume turns into the unexpected comic highlight. His confidence that the perfume is special while everyone else is desperately trying to cover its smell makes the sequence amusing without taking attention away from the main storyline.

The more important development comes towards the end, when Brijesh makes it clear that Jyoti has the freedom to decide her own future. That gives the upcoming marriage track a more interesting angle because Ganga is not the only one whose feelings matter.

Now the big question is whether Ganga and Jyoti actually connect when left alone — and, judging by the precap, Jyoti’s answer could determine where this wedding track goes next.
