Bigg Boss 20 2nd October 2026 Written Update: Rhiti Evicted as Uditi Becomes Captain and Love Faces Uditi’s Attack
The 2nd October episode of Bigg Boss 20 brings a major eviction, a new captain and plenty of friction inside the house. Yung, Mahhi and Uditi are given the power to decide which contender should leave, and their decision sends Rhiti out of the show. Her emotional exit leaves Amrapali regretting her earlier nomination, while Mahhi questions whether Qazi’s sudden reconciliation with Rhiti indirectly contributed to her eviction.
The house gets even more divided as Uditi openly calls Love fake and labels her equation with Gullu “cringe.” Their confrontation soon turns into a heated verbal clash. Amid all this, the captaincy task gives Uditi a new position of power, but her leadership immediately creates fresh disagreements.
Rhiti Gets Evicted From Bigg Boss 20
The episode begins with Yung, Mahhi and Uditi discussing which contender they want to evict. After considering their options, they mutually decide to eliminate Rhiti.
Bigg Boss then asks Rhiti to leave the house. He makes it clear that the remaining inmates will continue to stay nominated and that the audience votes will determine what happens to the others. He also reminds everyone that they need to take the game seriously.
Bigg Boss asks Rhiti to meet the other inmates before making her exit.
Kanika, Qazi and Arishfa meet Rhiti, and the atmosphere quickly becomes emotional. Rhiti gets overwhelmed by the moment. Kanika praises her game and acknowledges her journey inside the house.
The mood takes an awkward turn when Mahhi laughs. Gullu comments that Rhiti will at least be able to laugh about the situation later. Mahhi clarifies that she was laughing about something else.
Gullu questions why she cannot simply go somewhere else and laugh.
Mahhi takes offence at the remark. Gullu argues that her reaction makes it look as though she is making fun of Rhiti’s eviction.
The tension adds another layer to an already emotional farewell.
Yung later tells Scout that making the decision was difficult. Scout says he understands because such decisions are never easy.
Rhiti decides to wear the dress she had originally planned to wear for Weekend Ka Vaar. Qazi also suggests that Rhiti could potentially return because they do not know what Bigg Boss has planned for the game.
Before leaving, Rhiti gives an emotional speech. She says that she showed her real personality during her time in the house.
Amrapali becomes emotional while saying goodbye to Rhiti.
Amrapali Regrets Nominating Rhiti
After Rhiti’s exit, Amrapali admits that she wishes she had saved her from nomination.
Mary reminds her that everyone will eventually have to leave the house.
Aasif tells Amrapali that she made her decision, just as Yung made his own decision. His point is clear: the consequences are part of the game.
The conversation does not stop Mahhi from analysing the changing equations.
Mahhi tells Uditi, Qazi and Aman that she believes she is on Gullu’s hit list. She warns Aman as well, suggesting that they could also target him for eviction.
Mahhi Questions Qazi and Rhiti’s Reconciliation

She tells Qazi that the two of them forgiving each other so quickly may have indirectly cost Rhiti her place in the house.
Aman adds that Rhiti had told him Qazi used to call her and spend time with her.

Uditi Calls Love and Gullu’s Equation “Cringe”

Uditi then makes an even stronger statement about Love’s equation with Gullu.
She calls their angle “cringe” and accuses Love of being fake. According to Uditi, Love’s entire game is fake.
Yung later tells Love about his conversation with Uditi.
Love confronts Uditi directly.
She explains that after seeing Arishfa crying, she went to speak to her simply as a friend. She asks Arishfa to clarify the situation herself.
Love is clearly offended by Uditi’s interpretation of her actions. What follows is a heated verbal argument between the two women.
Neither is willing to accept the other’s version of events, and the disagreement exposes another growing fault line in the house.
Kanika and Gullu also discuss Love’s sudden friendliness toward Arishfa and question the change in their equation.
Uditi Explains Her Problem With Love
Uditi later tells Mahhi about what happened the previous night.

Uditi Faces Another Kitchen Controversy
Uditi’s hygiene habits create another awkward moment.
She is about to brush her teeth in the kitchen sink when Gullu stops her.
Uditi insists that she is very hygienic, but Qazi and Mahhi are disgusted by the idea of her brushing in the kitchen sink.
The incident becomes another small source of friction among the inmates.
Uditi and Amrapali Win the Promotional Task
The housemates then receive a promotional task.
Gullu monitors the activity as Mary, Yung, Amrapali, Uditi, Love and Qazi participate in pairs.
The task ends with Amrapali and Uditi emerging as the winners.
They win a smartphone, and Gullu joins them for a selfie to celebrate the victory.
After the task, Qazi gives his bracelet to Amrapali as a gesture of appreciation for taking care of him.
Love is not impressed.
She says Qazi appears fake by giving Amrapali the bracelet.
Once again, the smallest gesture becomes fuel for the house’s ongoing relationship politics.
Uditi Becomes the New Captain
Bigg Boss then announces the captaincy task.
Yung, Mahhi and Uditi compete for the captaincy, while Aasif becomes the dictator of the task.
Yung chooses Scout as his partner.
Mahhi chooses Qazi.
Uditi selects Aman.
The contenders have to balance a ball between sticks while the other housemates interfere during each round.
The challenge tests their patience and ability to maintain their balance despite the interruptions.
Uditi manages to emerge victorious.
She becomes the captain of the week.
Uditi’s Captaincy Creates New Problems
Uditi quickly starts giving instructions around the house.
Gullu attempts to interrupt her while she is handling her captaincy responsibilities. Uditi tells him firmly to stop interfering with the captaincy.
She then asks Qazi to remove her pile of clothes.
Qazi takes offence at the instruction.
Mary also feels that Uditi is becoming too over-smart now that she has the captaincy.
Gullu decides to have some fun at Uditi’s expense.
He plans to cook sweets for Kanika and use up the ration to tease Uditi. He goes into the kitchen and starts preparing the sweets while Uditi remains completely unaware of what he is doing.
The new captain is already discovering that controlling the house may be much easier in theory than in practice.
Aasif Feels Ignored by His Own Group
Aasif later talks to Yung about his discomfort within the group.
He admits that he does not like Love being part of the group, which is why he has started sitting with the other team.
What hurts him more is that when he was sitting alone, he felt that his own group did not make any effort to come and sit with him.
The emotional distance within the group is becoming increasingly visible.
Mahhi then asks Uditi to hide some milk.
Uditi says she cannot keep an eye on the milk all the time.
Mahhi gets offended by this response.
She feels that Uditi is only interested in giving instructions to them while failing to say anything to Gullu and Kanika.
The disagreement adds another challenge to Uditi’s first day as captain.

This episode packs a lot into one day, but Rhiti’s eviction remains the emotional centre of the episode. Her farewell feels genuine, especially because she leaves believing that she has shown her real personality rather than simply trying to create a manufactured image.
Amrapali’s regret after Rhiti’s eviction also shows how nomination decisions can hit differently once the consequences become real.
The Love-Uditi confrontation is the other major highlight. Uditi has clearly decided to question Love’s equations openly, while Love refuses to let her intentions be interpreted for her. Their argument feels like the beginning of a much bigger rivalry.
And then there is Uditi’s captaincy. She wins the task, but almost immediately finds herself dealing with complaints, interruptions and resistance. Gullu cooking sweets just to irritate her is exactly the kind of petty house politics that can turn a captaincy into a full-time headache.
The episode also makes it clear that the groups are not as stable as they appear. Aasif feels ignored, Mahhi questions Uditi, Love clashes with Uditi, and Gullu continues playing his own game.
With Rhiti gone and Uditi holding the captaincy, the house dynamics are clearly entering a new phase.
