Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 3rd October 2026 Written Update: Myra Runs Away With Kabir as Abhira and Armaan Are Left Shattered

The 3rd October episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai takes the Myra-Kabir track to a dramatic turning point. While the Poddars prepare to send Myra to New Zealand, Kabir refuses to end his relationship with her despite Raghav and Samar’s threats and attempts to buy him off.

Myra’s farewell from the Poddar family becomes increasingly emotional, especially when she sees Armaan’s injury and begins questioning his decision. What nobody expects is that Myra will eventually disappear from the temple with Kabir, leaving Abhira and Armaan devastated.

Raghav Tries to Buy Kabir Off

The episode begins with Raghav asking Kabir what it would take for him to break up with Myra.

He offers him several options—a new car, a new camera or even a new house.

Kabir refuses.

He tells Raghav that he cannot be bribed and makes it clear that he will not break up with Myra.

Samar becomes furious with Kabir’s refusal.

Kabir decides to leave, but Nandani asks Raghav to stop him.

Samar pushes Kabir back onto the bed.

Nandani immediately asks Samar to be careful.

Samar argues that Kabir is not listening.

Kabir refuses to be intimidated and tells Samar that he is not scared of him.

Samar then issues a chilling warning.

He tells Kabir that he should start being afraid because if Kabir mentions Myra’s name again, he will not spare Myra or her family.

Kabir is shocked by the threat.

The situation makes it clear that the Damanis are willing to go to extreme lengths to separate the young couple.

The Poddars Say Goodbye to Myra

At the Poddar house, the family prepares to bid farewell to Myra.

Kajal gives her a new laptop.

Manisha gives her some cash.

Kaveri gives Myra a Lord Ganesh idol and wishes her well as she prepares to leave for New Zealand.

Despite all the gifts and affection, Myra keeps looking for Abhira.

Abhira, though, is hiding in the garden.

She cannot bring herself to face Myra.

Abhira convinces herself that Myra will build a bright future in New Zealand. She reminds herself that Myra had been away from her before as well.

But the words do little to comfort her.

Abhira thinks about Myra and begins crying.

She wonders whether Myra might hate her for sending her so far away.

Abhira emotionally asks Myra not to hate her for making this decision.

The mother and daughter remain separated even while being under the same roof.

Kabir Learns About Myra’s New Zealand Trip

Nandani reveals to Kabir that Myra is going to New Zealand.

Kabir is stunned.

He had not expected the separation to happen so soon.

Back at the Poddar house, Myra asks about Vidya.

She learns that Manisha has gone to call her.

Myra wonders why Vidya is not coming to meet her on her own.

Manisha approaches Vidya and asks her to meet Myra because she is leaving.

Vidya asks why Myra is being sent away.

Manisha explains that Abhira and Armaan have made the decision and that the family has to respect it.

Vidya disagrees.

She reminds Manisha that Abhira and Armaan can also be wrong.

Manisha asks Vidya to understand the situation, but Vidya refuses to meet Myra.

The decision clearly does not sit comfortably with everyone in the family.

Myra Notices Armaan’s Injury

The Poddars are already missing Myra even before she leaves.

Kaveri gives Abhira’s gift to Myra.

Armaan asks Myra to open it after she reaches New Zealand.

Abhira, meanwhile, thinks that she will see Myra again after one year.

Manisha notices Armaan’s wound and asks him to take care of it.

Myra also sees the injury.

At first, she ignores it.

Later, she cannot hold back her concern.

Myra asks Armaan what he is trying to prove by refusing to apply ointment to the wound.

Armaan insists that he is fine.

But Myra clearly notices that he is hurt.

The sight of his injury adds another layer of doubt to her mind about the decision to send her away.

Myra Insists on Visiting the Temple

Krish decides to drop Myra at the airport.

The Damanis also learn that Myra is leaving for New Zealand.

Samar says that the Poddars have made the right decision.

Krish, though, keeps watching Myra and waits to see how she reacts.

Myra suddenly says that she wants to visit the temple before leaving.

Krish tells her that there will be a crowd and that they might get late for the airport.

Myra remains firm.

She insists on going.

Armaan agrees and asks Krish to take them to the temple.

Nobody realises that Myra has already made a very different decision.

Myra Disappears From the Temple

At the temple, everything changes.

Myra goes missing.

Before disappearing, she gives Armaan a letter and a tube.

Armaan is left completely shattered.

The family had believed they were taking Myra to the airport and sending her safely to New Zealand.

Instead, Myra has disappeared.

The situation becomes even more alarming when the Damanis realise that Kabir is also not where they expect him to be.

Bhairvi Discovers Vasu Helping Kabir

Bhairvi becomes suspicious when she notices that Kabir has not moved for a long time.

Nandani initially assumes that he may simply be sleeping.

Bhairvi checks and is shocked to discover Vasu instead.

Vasu explains that Kabir is his childhood friend and that he is helping him.

Before anyone can stop him, Vasu runs away.

He leaves Kabir’s letter with the Damanis.

The discovery confirms that Kabir has also been involved in a plan to escape.

Abhira and Armaan Discover the Truth

Abhira and Armaan return home.

They soon learn the shocking truth.

Myra has escaped with Kabir.

The revelation leaves Abhira devastated.

Everything she feared has happened.

Raghav and Samar then arrive at the Poddar house and begin searching for Kabir.

The situation has now turned into a desperate search.

The family had wanted to separate Myra and Kabir by sending Myra away.

Instead, their decision appears to have pushed the two young people into running away together.

Precap: Myra Leaves a Shocking Message

The upcoming episode begins with Abhira reading Myra’s letter.

Myra has specifically asked them not to search for her and not to call the police.

She makes it clear that she has run away with Kabir willingly.

Abhira then announces that nobody will try to find Myra.

At the same time, Raghav and Samar chase the auto carrying Myra and Kabir.

The situation becomes a race against time.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 3rd October 2026 Review

This episode finally delivers the escape track that has been building for days, and the temple sequence is the strongest part.

The Poddars genuinely try to make Myra’s farewell emotional, with Kajal, Manisha and Kaveri giving her gifts. Yet the most telling detail is Myra repeatedly looking for Abhira. Abhira hiding in the garden and crying because she fears Myra will hate her adds another layer to the separation.

Kabir’s refusal to accept Raghav’s bribes also makes his determination clear. The threats from Samar take the situation into a much more serious zone, making it understandable why Kabir would not simply walk away from Myra.

Myra noticing Armaan’s wound is another important moment. She may have been preparing to leave, but seeing him hurt clearly affects her.

And then the temple escape changes everything.

The irony is impossible to miss: the family sends Myra away to protect her future, but the pressure surrounding her pushes her into running away with Kabir instead. The letter in the precap makes the situation even more complicated because Myra insists that she has made the decision willingly.

Now Abhira and Armaan have to deal not only with Myra’s disappearance but also with the consequences of a decision they believed was best for her.
