Sayonee 5th October 2026 Written Update: Saanvi Wins Sukumani’s Heart as Maya Turns Against Her Again
The 5th October 2026 episode of Sayonee brings an emotional moment between Saanvi and Sukumani as the latter opens up about her memories of the house. At the same time, Aryan continues his disturbing behaviour towards Saanvi and even lies to Yuvraj about her. Aditya also becomes concerned about Saanvi’s position in the family, while Maya grows increasingly uncomfortable watching her bond with the children.
Sukumani Understands Saanvi’s Pain
The episode begins with Sukumani asking Saanvi what happened to her.
She wonders whether Maya scolded her.
Saanvi immediately denies it and tries to assure her that everything is fine.

Aryan Spreads Lies About Saanvi
Later, Saanvi searches for ghee.
Aryan gives it to her, but Saanvi immediately gives him an angry glare.

Aryan shamelessly tells Yuvraj that he finds Saanvi attractive.
Yuvraj asks him why he looks at every girl in the same way.
Aryan responds that he cannot look at every girl as his sister and says that they should enjoy their teenage years.
Yuvraj disagrees with his attitude and tells him that Saanvi appears to be a good girl.
Aryan then makes things worse by spreading a completely false story.
He reminds Yuvraj that Aditya brought Saanvi home from an orphanage and claims that Saanvi has fallen for him.
Aryan even lies that Saanvi hugged and kissed him.
Yuvraj finds the claim difficult to believe.
Aryan continues until he manages to make Yuvraj believe his story.
Saanvi watches Aryan and clearly understands what he is doing.

Aditya Notices His Framed Photograph
Later, Aditya returns home.
He notices that his photograph has been beautifully framed.
He immediately assumes that Saanvi must have done it.

Maturi, though, has a different attitude.
She asks Aditya whether he has started talking to his father again and whether he has forgotten about his mother.
Aditya ignores the provocation and asks about Sukumani.
Maturi informs him that Simi came to the house to take Sukumani with her.
Aditya is upset that she did not inform him before leaving.
He then asks Maturi about Saanvi.
Maturi once again tries to belittle Saanvi.
She tells Aditya that Saanvi is only a nurse and suggests that Maya may either allow her to stay in the house or throw her out whenever she wants.
Her words worry Aditya.
He leaves in tension, clearly concerned about what could happen to Saanvi.
Saanvi Is Left Out of the Puja
Later, Saanvi helps Sukumani get ready for the puja.
Maya comes to the room to take Sukumani with her.
Sukumani asks Saanvi to accompany them.
Saanvi makes an excuse and remains inside her room.
Maya completes the aarti with the rest of the family.
Sukumani wants Saanvi to be called for the puja, but Maya refuses.
She does not want Saanvi to join them.

She criticizes Saanvi for wearing a tight dress and makes an extremely insulting remark, accusing her of wearing it to attract the men in the house.
Maya even questions Saanvi’s upbringing.
Saanvi is deeply hurt but refuses to let Maya insult Indra.
She requests Maya not to badmouth her mother again.
Review
This episode quietly strengthens Saanvi’s bond with Sukumani, and that relationship is becoming one of the most emotional parts of the story. Sukumani seeing Saanvi as a gift and Saanvi telling her that she has filled the space left by Indra makes their connection feel genuinely heartfelt.
Aryan’s behaviour, on the other hand, is becoming increasingly unpleasant. His lies about Saanvi to Yuvraj are not just immature—they create a serious problem for Saanvi because they can damage how others perceive her.
The biggest concern is clearly Maya. Saanvi is slowly winning over Sukumani, Aditya and even the younger members of the family, and Maya seems determined to stop that bond from growing.
And the precap takes Maya’s hostility to another level. Her comments about Saanvi’s dress are cruel and deeply personal. Saanvi’s decision to defend Indra rather than silently accept the insult gives the upcoming confrontation some real emotional weight.
