Mannat 11th October 2026 Written Update: Vikrant’s Birthday Celebration Turns Into a Murder Arrest Nightmare
The latest episode of Mannat brings a heartbreaking contrast between a warm birthday celebration and the dangerous trap being prepared for Vikrant. While Mannat, Dua and the family secretly arrange a surprise for Vikrant, Ankit succeeds in manipulating the police and Samragi into building a murder case against him. By the end, Vikrant is celebrating with his family without realizing that the police are already on their way to arrest him.
The Police Investigate Manyata’s Murder
The episode begins with Mannat sneaking out of Vikrant’s room as she tries to help Dua with the birthday preparations.
At the same time, the inspector questions the servant about whether she suspects anyone in connection with Manyata’s death.
The servant has only been working at the house for a few days, yet she claims to know about Manyata’s problems and the people who had issues with her.
She tells the inspector that Manyata was mentally unstable and claims that Abhimanyu was responsible for her condition.
The inspector then asks her directly whether she saw Vikrant Saluja leaving the house.
The servant denies seeing him leave.
Her statement could have helped Vikrant, but the investigation soon takes a more dangerous turn.
A forensic officer arrives at the police station and informs the inspector that he has collected all the required evidence. He says it is now time to check the forensic report.
The inspector agrees to examine the findings.
Neither Vikrant nor his family realizes how badly the investigation is about to turn against him.
Mannat and Dua Prepare Vikrant’s Birthday Surprise
Back at home, Dua is busy helping Mannat arrange the surprise birthday celebration for Vikrant.
The children are excited, but Dua quickly becomes strict when Yuvi and Bunty start making too much noise.
She scolds them and warns them that they could wake Vikrant.
Dua tells them to stop behaving like little children and reminds them that they have a lot of preparation left to complete.
The birthday celebration is supposed to be a happy moment for Vikrant, and everyone is determined to make it special.
Then Yuvi suddenly notices a burning smell.
Mannat immediately rushes to check what has happened.
Her cake is burning.
The carefully planned birthday surprise has suddenly run into a very relatable disaster.
Dua tells Mannat that the cake is ruined, leaving everyone wondering what they should do next.
Mallika comes up with an alternative and suggests that they use bread and chocolate instead.
Bunty is not impressed by the idea and mocks it.
He suggests that they simply buy a cake from outside.
Mannat refuses.
She explains that a gift made from the heart is worth the effort. Even if preparing it takes longer, she wants them to make something themselves for Vikrant.
Her words bring everyone together.
Instead of giving up, they decide to work as a team and continue preparing the surprise.
The scene becomes a warm family moment, completely unaware of the dark development taking place outside the house.
Ankit Creates Another Lie
Meanwhile, Ankit arrives at the police station and creates a huge scene.
He demands to meet the ACP and insists that he is innocent.
The ACP orders a constable to arrest him, but Ankit immediately produces his bail papers.
Ankit then starts presenting his version of events.
He claims that Mannat and Vikrant framed him and insists that he has been falsely implicated.
He also tells the ACP to question Samragi if he wants confirmation of his story.
Ankit is clearly trying to redirect suspicion away from himself.
His confidence suggests that he already knows exactly what he wants to achieve.
Samragi Turns Against Vikrant
Samragi then gives her statement to the ACP.
She lies that Ankit is innocent and has been trapped.
She instead puts the blame entirely on Vikrant.
Samragi claims that Vikrant was responsible for her sister’s condition and says that she even suspects him of murdering Manyata.
She demands that the police arrest Vikrant immediately.
The ACP assures Samragi that the police will catch the culprit.
But the investigation is already moving toward the person Ankit wants to destroy.
The inspector brings the forensic report.
The ACP checks the findings and confirms that the DNA matches.
That becomes the crucial piece of evidence.
The ACP immediately issues an arrest warrant and orders the police team to go to Vikrant Saluja’s house and arrest him.
Ankit watches the development with satisfaction.
He smirks, knowing that his plan is finally working.
The irony is painful. Vikrant is completely unaware that the police have obtained what they believe is decisive evidence against him.
Vikrant Gets an Emotional Birthday Surprise
Back at home, Vikrant is asleep when he suddenly has a nightmare.
Mannat notices and wakes him.
She has a rose in her hand and wishes him a happy birthday.
Vikrant is surprised by the gesture.
Soon, the rest of the family joins in and gives him a proper birthday surprise.
For Vikrant, the moment is filled with love and warmth.
He has no idea that outside the house, the police have already been ordered to arrest him.
Mannat, Dua and the others have put their hearts into making his birthday special, unaware that the celebration could soon be shattered.
Ankit Plans Vikrant’s Death
At the same time, Ankit manages to get permission from the ACP to have Samragi released so that she can perform Manyata’s final rites.
But Ankit has another motive.
He is secretly planning to kill Vikrant on the very same day.
His plan is becoming even more dangerous because the police are already preparing to arrest Vikrant for a murder he did not commit.
Ankit is therefore not simply trying to frame Vikrant. He wants to make sure Vikrant does not survive long enough to expose the truth.
Dua Sings for Vikrant
Back at the birthday celebration, Dua makes the occasion emotional.
She sings for Vikrant and promises that she will forget the painful past and move forward with her life.
Vikrant becomes emotional and hugs her.
For him, the hug represents hope and a fresh beginning.
Dua is also trying to let go of the bitterness surrounding Dhairya and everything that has happened.
The timing makes the scene even more heartbreaking because Vikrant is celebrating a new beginning while Ankit is preparing to destroy it.
Elsewhere, Dhairya remembers that it is Vikrant’s birthday.
He thinks about everything he has done in the past and feels guilty.
Dhairya then wishes his brother a happy birthday.
It is another reminder that Vikrant’s relationships are slowly changing, even as the murder case threatens to destroy his life.
The episode ends with Vikrant surrounded by his loved ones, completely unaware of the danger approaching his doorstep.
Precap: Police Arrive at Vikrant’s Birthday Party
The precap takes the tension to another level.
Dua is seen planning a surprise birthday celebration for Vikrant.
The family is preparing to make the occasion memorable.
But their happiness is about to be interrupted.
The police arrive at the house to arrest Vikrant.
He is accused of Manyata’s murder.
The birthday celebration is therefore set to turn into a nightmare as Vikrant faces arrest in front of his family.
Review
This episode does a great job of building dramatic irony. Almost everyone is working toward something without knowing what the other side is doing. Mannat and Dua are putting together a loving birthday surprise, while Ankit is putting together a murder trap.
The burnt cake sequence adds some much-needed warmth and normalcy before the episode dives back into the murder investigation. Mannat’s insistence that a homemade gift matters more because it comes from the heart is particularly sweet, especially because the audience already knows that the celebration is heading toward disaster.
Ankit’s manipulation is becoming increasingly dangerous. He manages to use Samragi’s statement, the forensic evidence and the police investigation to push Vikrant directly into the firing line. His smirk after the arrest warrant is issued makes it clear that he believes he has finally won.
The emotional highlight is Dua’s birthday song and her promise to move on. Vikrant’s hug with her feels like a genuine moment of healing, making the impending arrest even more cruel.
And then there is Dhairya. His guilt and birthday wish suggest that he may finally be beginning to understand the damage caused by his past actions.
The next episode should be explosive. Vikrant’s birthday is supposed to mark a fresh beginning, but instead the police are about to walk in and accuse him of murder. Ankit could not have chosen a more devastating moment.
