Preeti Tries to Move On From Gaurav
The episode begins with Preeti once again thanking Aarav for saving her from Gaurav. The incident has clearly shaken her, and she finally opens up about the pain she has been carrying. Preeti admits that Gaurav treated her unfairly despite the fact that she gave her everything to their relationship. She had given him 100 percent of herself, yet he still chose to cheat on her.
Trying to control her emotions, Preeti changes the subject and suggests that they drink masala milk. Vaibhav and Monty decide they would rather have pani puri and leave Aarav and Preeti together.
As Aarav and Preeti drink their masala milk, the mood slowly becomes lighter. They notice the milk moustaches on each other’s faces and start teasing one another. For a brief moment, Preeti forgets the betrayal and simply enjoys herself.
Aarav then gives Preeti some much-needed encouragement. He tells her that she deserves someone much better and reminds her that she is meant to reach for the stars. Vaibhav and Monty also tell her to forget Gaurav and move ahead.
Preeti admits that she has already wasted five years of her life on Gaurav and calls him an idiot. Aarav reminds her that she has now seen Gaurav’s real face. There is no reason for her to keep holding on to someone who does not value her.
He assures her that she will eventually find someone who genuinely loves and respects her.
At that moment, fireworks light up the sky. Preeti looks at them and smiles, taking the beautiful sight as a positive sign. It feels like the first small indication that perhaps a happier chapter is waiting for her.

Review
This episode does a good job of giving Preeti a brief moment of happiness before pulling the rug out from under her again. The masala milk scene with Aarav, complete with the silly milk moustaches, gives the episode some much-needed warmth and shows why Aarav is becoming such an important emotional support for Preeti.
The fireworks also work nicely as a hopeful little symbol. Preeti finally starts believing that Gaurav is someone she needs to leave behind, only for Shanaya to turn his past relationship into a weapon against her.
Shanaya’s plan is particularly nasty because she does not simply reveal the video. She deliberately edits it to create a false image of Preeti. That makes the humiliation more personal and much more damaging.
The best part of the episode is probably Shanti’s reaction. She may not be able to protect Preeti from every problem, but the moment her daughter’s dignity is attacked, she is ready to confront Gaurav and Shanaya head-on.
And Gaurav sitting there eating mangoes while pretending to be too busy to meet Preeti’s parents? That little detail makes his avoidance almost comically shameless.
Aarav continues to emerge as the steady presence Preeti needs, while Gaurav and Shanaya are quickly proving how toxic their intentions are. The real question now is whether Preeti will fight back against the viral narrative or allow Shanaya’s carefully edited lie to define her.
