Mannat 16th October 2026 Written Update: Dhairya Returns to the Saluja Mansion as Dua Rejects His Apology
Mannat Helps Dhairya Escape the Hospital
The episode begins with Ankit scolding Dhairya for his carelessness. Worried that Ankit might recognise him, Dhairya turns his back to avoid revealing his face. Mannat quickly understands the danger and comes up with a way to divert Ankit’s attention.
She pretends to scold Ankit for wasting the doctor’s valuable time and asks the doctor to leave. Her act works, and Ankit takes Samragi away without discovering Dhairya’s identity.
Once they are out of danger, Dhairya asks Mannat why Samragi is at the hospital. Mannat explains that Samragi wants to get Vikrant released from jail, but she makes it clear that she has no intention of paying attention to her demands.
Dhairya then reveals that a constable is waiting outside his room. His presence means Dhairya cannot remain at the hospital for long. If the police discover the truth, his escape plan will be exposed, so he must get out before they catch him.
The danger becomes immediate when the constable grows suspicious and searches the room. Discovering that Dhairya has escaped, he informs his senior officer. The senior orders the entire hospital to be searched, determined to prevent Dhairya from getting away.
With the police closing in, Dhairya’s escape puts Mannat in a difficult position. She is already fighting to secure Vikrant’s release, and helping Dhairya could further complicate her efforts.
Roni Encourages Dua to Remember the Good in Dhairya
Elsewhere, Roni tries to help Dua deal with the pain of Dhairya’s betrayal. He understands that she cannot easily forget what Dhairya has done, but he encourages her to look beyond the hurt and remember the happier moments they once shared.
Roni reminds Dua that Dhairya was once an important part of her childhood. He used to drop her off at school, stood beside her as her partner in crime, and raised her as his own daughter. These memories, Roni explains, are part of their relationship too.
He does not ask Dua to pretend that Dhairya’s mistakes never happened. Instead, he urges her to release the anger that is holding her back and find a way to move forward with her life.
At the same time, Samragi pretends to have lost her memory, while Ankit puts on an act of concern for her. The situation adds another layer of uncertainty, as those around Samragi must deal with her apparent condition while other secrets remain hidden.
The doctor observes that Samragi’s heart has seemingly not accepted Manyata’s death and believes she needs time to recover from the trauma. The constable says she will discuss the situation with her senior.
Soon, Ankit overhears the doctor talking to a nurse about Dhairya’s escape from police custody. The revelation shocks him. He sends the doctor away and turns his attention to Samragi, wondering how Dhairya managed to escape after Vikrant’s arrest.
Ankit suspects that Dhairya could be working with Mannat against them. He fears that the two may have joined forces and started plotting together.
Samragi dismisses his suspicion as overthinking. She argues that Mannat would never accept help from Dhairya after he tried to kill Vikrant and abducted Dua. From her perspective, Dhairya has done too much damage for Mannat to trust him again.
Still, Ankit’s concern suggests that Dhairya’s escape could have consequences beyond the immediate police search.
Dua Struggles Between Her Memories and Her Anger
Roni’s words stay with Dua. As she reflects on her past with Dhairya, she admits to Yuvi and Bunty that she cannot forget his betrayal, even though she remembers how much he once meant to her.
Dua calls Dhairya her former superhero. He loved her deeply, taught her self-defence, and took care of her from the time she was born. She had always preferred him over Vikrant, making his betrayal especially painful.
These memories leave Dua conflicted. She knows what Dhairya has done, but the person she remembers from her childhood is difficult to reconcile with the man who hurt her family.
Bunty refuses to excuse Dhairya’s actions. He points out that Dhairya has changed drastically and become a villain who killed Neetu and Yashika. In his view, Dhairya does not deserve forgiveness simply because he once cared for Dua.
Yuvi agrees with Bunty. He says he will never forgive Dhairya for sending Vikrant to jail, making it clear that the damage Dhairya has caused extends beyond Dua’s personal heartbreak.
Dua is therefore caught between two painful truths: Dhairya was once someone she loved and trusted, but his actions have destroyed that trust. Remembering their past does not make it easy for her to accept what he has become.
Mannat Brings Dhairya Back to the Saluja Mansion
Later, Mannat brings Dhairya back to the Saluja mansion. Dhairya hesitates before entering the house, aware that his presence could provoke a painful reaction from the people inside.
Mannat encourages him to step forward. She tells him that this is his opportunity to win Dua’s heart back, but she also issues a serious warning. He must never betray Dua again.
Dhairya shares his pain with Mannat. He says all he wants is to hug Dua and apologise sincerely for his mistakes. His desire to meet her shows that he wants another chance, although the depth of his regret will have to be tested through his actions.
Inside the mansion, Mallika asks Dua to practise her speech. Dua begins speaking about Baba and expresses her love for him. She also addresses Dhairya’s betrayal and the difficult question of forgiveness.
Her words reflect the emotional struggle she is facing. She can acknowledge the love she once received from Dhairya without forgetting the harm he has caused. Roni listens to her speech and praises her for expressing herself with such maturity.
The moment offers a glimpse of Dua’s emotional strength, even as she continues to struggle with feelings she cannot easily resolve.
Dua Explodes When Dhairya Appears
Mannat arrives and announces that someone has agreed to help get Vikrant released from jail. The news initially raises hope, as the family desperately needs a way to bring Vikrant home.
That hope quickly turns into anger when Dhairya steps forward.
Dua and Roni lose their composure at the sight of him. They cannot believe Mannat has brought Dhairya back to the Saluja mansion, especially after everything he has done to their family.
They refuse to accept that Mannat is seeking his help. For them, Dhairya is not a trustworthy ally but the very person whose actions have caused their suffering.
Dua makes her hatred for Dhairya unmistakably clear. Her anger is rooted not only in his betrayal but also in the destruction of the bond they once shared. The memories that made him her superhero now make his actions hurt even more.
Dhairya does not deny his mistakes. He accepts that he has done wrong, apologises sincerely, and begs Dua to give him one final chance to reflect on his actions and make amends.
His apology, though, cannot erase the damage overnight. Dua vents her anger at him and storms out, unwilling to listen to his plea.
The confrontation leaves Dhairya facing the reality that his regret alone cannot restore Dua’s trust. He may want to repair their relationship, but Dua is not ready to let him back into her life.
Roni Loses Faith in Mannat’s Decision
Dua’s reaction also deepens the conflict between Mannat and Roni. Roni is deeply disappointed that Mannat has brought Dhairya into the mansion, and he refuses to support her decision.
Mannat tries to explain that she had no other choice. With Vikrant in jail, she needs someone who can help secure his release, and Dhairya is the only person able to assist her.
Her explanation does little to change Roni’s position. He remains unwilling to accept Dhairya’s involvement, believing that the risks of trusting him are too great.
Mannat is now caught between two difficult choices. She wants to bring Vikrant home, but seeking Dhairya’s help has damaged her relationship with Dua and Roni. Her decision may have been driven by desperation, yet she must now face the emotional consequences.
Dhairya’s return could open a path toward Vikrant’s release, but it has also reopened wounds that the family is struggling to heal.
Precap
Dhairya contacts Ankit and demands that he help him escape from the country. He threatens to expose Ankit’s lies if he refuses to cooperate. Dhairya reveals that he has installed a hidden camera inside his house. Mannat decides to record Ankit’s confession.
Review
The episode’s strongest moment is Dua’s emotional conflict. Dhairya was once her protector, someone she loved and trusted without hesitation. Remembering that bond makes his betrayal harder to process, but it does not mean she must forgive him before she is ready. Bunty and Yuvi’s anger also reflects how deeply Dhairya’s actions have affected the family.
Mannat’s decision to bring Dhairya home is understandable given her desperation to free Vikrant, but it is also a risky move. She wants to solve one crisis and ends up creating another by reopening the wounds between Dhairya and Dua. His apology may be sincere, but rebuilding trust will require far more than emotional words.
The precap adds an intriguing twist with Dhairya threatening Ankit and Mannat planning to record his confession. This could finally expose Ankit’s lies, provided the plan succeeds. For now, Mannat has a difficult fight ahead: saving Vikrant without losing the trust of the people she is trying to protect.
