Shayad Yahi Hai Pyaar 2nd November 2026 Written Update: Preeti’s Wedding Deadline Leaves Aarav Heartbroken

Shanti finally realises that she has misunderstood Sandy and Aarav and takes a step towards correcting her mistake. Her heartfelt apology brings happiness to the family, while Preeti and Aarav enjoy some sweet moments together. Yet their growing closeness faces a fresh challenge when Shanti reminds Preeti about her promise to get married within three months. Aarav is left upset after overhearing the wedding discussion.

Shanti Apologises to Sandy and Aarav

The episode begins with Shanti scolding Sandy for pushing her. Sandy gets upset and leaves. Shanti’s husband questions her negative attitude and explains that Sandy pushed her only to save her from the boxes that were about to fall on her. He also points out that she is unnecessarily misunderstanding Aarav and Sandy’s intentions.

Shanti listens to him and begins reconsidering her reaction.

Later, Preeti calls Aarav while wearing a face mask. Aarav asks her to switch on the video call, but she refuses. She playfully tells him to come home instead if he wants to see her.

Shanti then asks Preeti to call Aarav. During the conversation, Shanti sincerely apologises to Sandy and Aarav for scolding them. She explains that she never wants any trouble to enter her children’s lives, which is why she reacted so strongly. She admits her mistake and asks them to forgive her.

Aarav and Sandy get emotional and accept her apology. Preeti and her father feel happy to see Shanti finally understand the situation and make things right.

Preeti and Aarav Share a Sweet Moment

At the canteen, Preeti tells Aarav that everything has been sorted out and she feels relieved. Aarav jokes that Aunty is such a miser that she did not even invite them home for dinner.

Preeti promises to arrange an invitation and asks Aarav about his favourite food. He chooses continental cuisine. The two share a coffee from the same cup, enjoying their growing closeness.

Preeti later returns home and apologises to Shanti for saying so much earlier. She tells her that she is proud of her for apologising to Aarav and Sandy. Preeti then suggests inviting Sandy, her husband and Aarav for dinner. She even offers to prepare the food herself.

Shanti agrees and calls Sandy to invite them. Sandy discusses the invitation with Aarav and Kapil, and they decide to attend.

Preeti Prepares Aarav’s Favourite Food

Preeti gets excited about preparing the dinner. Vaibhav notices her making continental food and asks why she is going to so much effort. Preeti explains that the meal is for Aarav and Sandy and asks him to leave her alone.

She thinks about how Aarav brought her favourite flowers even during the off-season. She feels she should also do something special for him by preparing the food he loves.

Preeti tastes the dish and feels satisfied with the result. She asks Shanti to try the pasta, and Shanti appreciates it. The preparations bring a cheerful atmosphere to the house.

Shanti Reminds Preeti About Her Marriage Promise

The happy mood takes a turn when Shanti and her husband advise Preeti to go through the groom profiles they have shortlisted for her.

Preeti says she wants to choose her own groom, but her parents insist that she should at least look at the profiles. Shanti reminds her that she has promised to select a groom and get married within three months.

Preeti agrees to honour her promise but requests her parents not to keep discussing her wedding all the time.

Unfortunately, Aarav, Sandy and Sandy’s husband overhear the conversation. Aarav is visibly upset by the marriage discussion. Sandy questions Preeti about whose life she is ruining by making such a promise. Preeti remains silent, leaving the situation even more uncomfortable.

Kapil Notices Aarav’s Disappointment

Kapil notices Aarav looking unhappy and asks what is bothering him. He reminds Aarav that he should actually be happy because his best friend Preeti is getting married.

His words make the situation more difficult for Aarav, who clearly struggles with the thought of Preeti marrying someone else.

Later, Preeti’s parents invite everyone to sit down for dinner. Preeti tries to serve Aarav his favourite pasta, but he refuses it. Vaibhav takes the dish instead.

Kapil asks Shanti whether she has genuinely found a suitable match for Preeti. Shanti clarifies that she has given Preeti the freedom to choose her own groom. Still, she repeats that Preeti has promised to get married within three months.

Aarav gets upset once again after hearing the deadline. The episode ends with his feelings still hidden, while Preeti remains caught between her parents’ expectations and her own emotions.

Precap

Kapil shocks everyone by revealing that Aarav is Preeti’s boyfriend.

Review

Shanti’s apology brings a welcome emotional change, and Preeti and Aarav’s shared coffee moment adds a sweet romantic touch. Preeti preparing Aarav’s favourite pasta is another lovely gesture that hints at her feelings. The real tension begins when her three-month marriage deadline comes up. Aarav’s disappointment is evident, but he still struggles to express what Preeti means to him. Kapil’s revelation in the precap promises to turn their unspoken relationship into the centre of the next episode. The story is building towards an interesting romantic confrontation.
