Dr. Aarambhi 21st August 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Gets Suspicious Of Dhruv As He Secretly Follows Her And Raj
The 21st August 2026 episode of Dr. Aarambhi brings a new layer of suspense as Aarambhi and Raj investigate the mystery surrounding the pen drive while Dhruv quietly tries to track their movements. At the same time, tensions rise inside the family when Avantika attempts to impress Dimple but ends up being humiliated. The episode ends with Aarambhi becoming suspicious of Dhruv, suggesting that his presence may be connected to the investigation.
The episode begins with Dimple entering Avantika’s room.
She is surprised to find Vishwas and Avantika together. The situation immediately raises questions, although Vishwas is there because Avantika is dealing with the aftermath of an embarrassing incident.
Meanwhile, the story moves back a few hours.
Aarambhi and Raj leave in a car because they need to meet Kashish. They have the pen drive and want Kashish to enhance the video stored on it. Raj tries to reassure Aarambhi and tells her not to worry. He is confident that once Kashish enhances the footage, they will finally be able to identify the person who gave the pen drive to the police.
The investigation therefore moves one step closer to finding the missing link.
However, Aarambhi and Raj are unaware that Kuldeep is following them.
Kuldeep travels behind them in an auto, trying to keep track of their movements without being noticed.
During the journey, Aarambhi hears a radio announcement mentioning that the following day is National Domestic Violence Day. The topic immediately makes her think about a patient Raj had previously mentioned.
Aarambhi asks Raj about the patient.
Raj assures her that the woman is fine. However, Aarambhi remembers the way he had described the patient’s injury and feels that the wound sounded suspiciously similar to a domestic violence case.
She therefore asks Raj to speak to the patient and find out what actually happened.
Raj agrees.
Meanwhile, Kuldeep’s attempt to follow Aarambhi and Raj hits an unexpected roadblock. The auto he is travelling in breaks down, preventing him from continuing the chase.
Frustrated, Kuldeep immediately calls Dhruv and informs him about what has happened.
Back at home, Nandita is discussing another problem with Dimple.
She tells Dimple that they should get a large flat for Avantika somewhere near their house. Her main concern is to prevent Avantika from entering their kitchen and interfering with the food arrangements.
Dimple, however, has much bigger worries.
She reminds Nandita about the fiasco surrounding Raj’s wedding and explains that all the investors have backed out. At this point, Dhruv is the only investor still connected to them.
Dimple sarcastically remarks that if Dhruv also walks away, they may eventually have to become patients in their own hospital.
Her comment highlights just how serious the family’s financial situation has become.
Dimple then goes to speak to Avantika, with Nandita following her.
Inside the room, Vishwas is with Avantika.
Avantika complains to him about Dimple humiliating her in front of her kitty party friends. She explains that because Aarambhi is currently not at home, she thought she could impress Dimple by taking responsibility for the cooking arrangements.
But her plan backfired badly.
Instead of receiving praise, Avantika was insulted.
Vishwas asks her why she tried to handle the cooking in the first place. He reminds her that she is not Aarambhi.
Avantika is confused by his statement and asks what he means.
Vishwas explains that Aarambhi is a housewife and is naturally comfortable managing the household. If Avantika wants to impress Dimple, she should choose something she is genuinely good at instead of trying to compete with Aarambhi in the kitchen.
Avantika explains the reason behind her decision.
She says that Dimple’s friends always praise Aarambhi’s cooking. She therefore wanted to prove that she could also manage the house and handle the responsibilities effectively.
That is why she decided to take charge of the cooking.
Vishwas comforts her and tries to make her feel better.
Just then, Dimple and Nandita enter the room.
Dimple immediately notices Vishwas and Avantika together.
The situation becomes awkward.
Meanwhile, Aarambhi and Raj reach Kashish and hand over the pen drive to him. Their next hope is that Kashish will enhance the footage enough to reveal the identity of the person involved.
After giving him the pen drive, Raj tells Aarambhi that he will drop her home.
Aarambhi agrees.
Back at Avantika’s room, Vishwas tries to explain the situation to Dimple. He tells her that she should not have made Avantika handle the cooking because Avantika has ended up spraining her neck, and he is only helping her recover.
Nandita immediately clarifies that nobody asked Avantika to cook.
According to her, Avantika chose to do it herself and is therefore responsible for the neck sprain.
Avantika then explains her side once again. She tells Nandita that she was only trying to help Dimple because Aarambhi was not at home.
Dimple makes another sarcastic remark about the situation before leaving.
The family tension continues, but the investigation is about to take another interesting turn.
Aarambhi and Raj arrive at Balbir’s house.
They are surprised to find Dhruv there.
Aarambhi immediately asks him what he is doing at the house.
Dhruv attempts to behave normally, but he is clearly interested in knowing where Aarambhi and Raj have been. He starts asking questions about their whereabouts and tries to gather information without revealing why he is so curious.
Aarambhi notices his behaviour.
She begins wondering why Dhruv is so interested in their movements.
The more Dhruv questions her, the more suspicious Aarambhi becomes. She starts questioning him about his own presence and intentions.
The episode ends with Aarambhi looking at Dhruv with growing suspicion.

The episode successfully balances the investigation with the family drama. The pen drive track remains the most intriguing part because Aarambhi and Raj are finally taking concrete steps toward identifying the person connected to the footage. Kashish enhancing the video could potentially provide the breakthrough they need.
Dhruv’s behaviour, meanwhile, adds a layer of suspense. His attempt to follow Aarambhi and Raj, followed by his questions at Balbir’s house, makes Aarambhi suspicious for good reason. The upcoming episodes could reveal whether Dhruv is genuinely hiding something or simply has another reason for keeping track of them.
The Avantika-Dimple track provides lighter family tension, particularly because Avantika’s attempt to compete with Aarambhi in the kitchen ends badly. Vishwas’ comment that Avantika should focus on something she is actually good at adds another amusing but slightly uncomfortable moment to the family dynamics.
The precap gives Dhruv an opportunity to show a helpful side by rescuing Vihaan, making his character even more difficult to read.
