Quick home remedies for a good digestive health

Digestion is an important mechanism in a human body. A person can have a healthy and prosperous life with a good digestive system. Bad Digestion is a common problem affecting majority of people of all ages. It also brings lots of of discomfort and embarrassment at times.

Some of the digestive problems are constipation, indigestion, gas, heartburn, diarrhea etc that are caused due to improper diet, lack of sleep, smoking, dehydration, skipping the meals at times times. However, you can improve the digestive system through the change in your life style and by using some home remedies.

Peppermint is an ingredient of every kitchen. It treats indigestion such as gas, bloating and nausea. Drink peppermint tea once or twice twice a day. You can make a tea by adding one teaspoon of dried or fresh pepper mint leaves in your regular tea recipe.

Fennel seeds are used in most Indian household as it has great medicinal benefits. Regular usage of fennel seeds helps you to to overcome heartburn and acidity problems. Have one teaspoon of fennel seeds after every meal or drink fennel seeds tea. For making a tea, add half teaspoon of fennel seeds in a cup of water, boil for 5 minutes. Strain the fennel seeds and drink the tea.

Apple cider vinegar is an effective remedy to treat to treat stomach ache, gases, nausea and bloating. Drink a cup of warm water mixed with apple cider vinegar and honey.

Ginger has antiviral and medicinal properties that reduces all the digestive problem. It can be consumed raw or as a dried powder. For better digestion system, drink two cups of ginger tea daily. To make a tea, put a finely chopped ginger in a cup of water. Boil for two minutes and strain. Then, add few drops of honey in it.
