Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Ishita worries over impulsive Raman… Raman confronts Romi for hiding the crucial matters. He asks Romi to go to Ishita and apologize. He doesn’t want Romi to defend Ishita. He asks Romi not to let anyone know the matter. He wants to book the same car for Aaliya by using the assets. He asks Romi to do anything and plan celebrations at home. Romi asks him to get practical and think of the financial problems. Raman doesn’t want to take any tension. He believes in his capabilities and is sure that he will manage everything. Sudha asks the broker to buy all the shares of Bhalla company. She wants to ruin Bhallas.
Raman gifts the new car to Aaliya. He tells them that he can still keep them happy. He proves that he is still capable to manage his problems. He doesn’t want Ishita to ruin the moment by her sorrowful take. Raman gets angry on Ishita. He asks the family to begin celebrations. Ishita doesn’t want to share her problems.

She tells her parents that she can handle the matter on her own, else she will come to them for help. She promises that she is handling everything well. Ishita asks Romi about the new car.
Romi tells her about Raman’s over expenditure. Ishita is relieved that the marriage is still away. Bhallas learn about Kaushalya’s bad health and rush to her home to see her. They get a shocking news that Kaushalya is suffering from cancer. Rohan tells the doctor that his mother doesn’t have such a critical illness Doctor asks them if Kaushalya didn’t tell him anything. Rohan and Karan receive a big shock. Rohan begs the doctor to save his mother. Doctor sympathizes with them. Rohan and Karan lose courage to meet Kaushalya. Ruhi and Aaliya ask them to be strong, instead of breaking down this way. Ruhi stands by Karan in such a tough time. Ishita’s new enemy also gears up to meet her, while she is surrounded in family matters.

Kaushalya tells Ishita that she wants to see her children happy and needs her help. She requests Ishita to get Rohan and Aaliya married soon. Ishita keeps her request and understands her state. She asks Kaushalya to be hopeful. Raman gives his word that they will keep the marriage next week. Romi asks Raman how can he decide so soon, knowing the financial condition. Raman tells Ishita that he knows his responsibility and can manage everything alone. Romi asks him what solution does he have. Raman wants to keep things hidden, as they have also troubled him by hiding matters. Ishita gets hurt by Raman’s impulsive decisions. Karan meets Ruhi and thanks her for all the support.
Ruhi connects with him and shares his sorrow. Ruhi and Karan’s love story begins. Sudha worries Ishita by informing her about Raman’s kidney donation. Ishita stops Raman from the kidney donation and gets mistaken of his actions.
