Yeh Hai Mohabbatein Revenge track. Ishita and Raman realize that Rohan and Karan have gone to meet Sudha at the hospital. Raman feels Rohan won’t be keeping Aaliya’s heart. He tells Ishita that Rohan will run on Sudha’s call and not value Aaliya. Aaliya is sure that Rohan will not leave her. She trusts Rohan and their love. She asks Raman not to break faith in Rohan so soon. Ishita tells them that they should be with Rohan at this time. Meanwhile, Yug stays upset. He finds it hard to forget Aaliya. He imagines Aaliya and longs for her. He gets disturbed with her thoughts. He tells his friends that he feels suffocated. He wants to go out for a while and clean his mind. His friends worry for him. They don’t want to let Yug go out alone. They want to share Yug’s pain and sorrow. They feel if Yug goes away alone, he will fall in some trouble.
Yug tells them that he will be fine and will return in some time. Yug assures that he is not heartbroken, he is strong. When he fails to hide his pain for long and shatters in front of them. Rohan and Karan learn about Sudha’s heart attack. Raman feels Sudha has planned all this and made the doctor lie to them. Raman suspects Sudha’s drama. Doctor vents anger on him. Karan argues with Raman. Rohan tells them that Sudha is really not fine. He worries for Sudha’s critical state. He wants to be with Sudha and take care of her.
Raman tells Ishita that he can’t leave Aaliya with Rohan. She asks him not to take any rash step against Sudha, which can upset Rohan. She gets informed by Mani that Sudha underwent a cardiac arrest on the flight. Yug feels he should talk to Ishita and inform her about Karan’s motives. He doesn’t want to hurt Aaliya at any cost. Yug goes to meet Ishita. He comes across Aaliya, but hides his face. Ishita scolds Yug for meeting Aaliya. She warns him against coming home again. Yug wants to tell her about Karan’s vicious plan. Ishita misunderstands him. She gets worried for Aaliya. Raman feels he reacted badly and misbehaved with Rohan.
Ishita is sure that Rohan will understand them. She asks him to apologize to Rohan and not worry for Aaliya. Yug calls Aaliya. Aaliya gets moved and tells Ishita that she got Adi’s call. Raman can’t believe this. Ishita doesn’t want Yug to trouble Aaliya. Ishita and Shagun plan to get Yug arrested so that they can protect Aaliya. Yug gets misunderstood and punished for the wrong reasons. He decides to teach a lesson to Bhallas for their wrong verdict.
