Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 5th October 2020 Review Update Kartik and Naira struggle to step into parenthood again. They learn the complications arising due to the baby’s position in the womb. Kartik and Naira fear the risk on their baby’s life. They are ready to get the surgery done to save the baby. They plead the doctor to save their baby at any cost. The doctor tries hard and monitors the baby’s pulse. Kartik knows Naira is also too stressed. He tries some way or the other to relieve her. Naira sheds tears.
Kartik makes prayers of hope. Doctor wants them to relax so that the baby doesn’t feel Naira’s stress. Kartik comes up with an idea to sing a lullaby for the baby to help the baby change the position. The family learns about the complications. They don’t want any obstacle in Kartik and Naira’s coming joyful moment. While they get busy in making prayers, Kartik invests his time in singing the self-made rap for the baby.
The baby responds to the rap. Dadi doesn’t want any more difficulties for the family. Doctor tells Kartik that its really a miracle that baby changed the position and got saved from the risk. Kartik thanks the baby for listening to him. He encourages Naira to try hard and make the baby’s birth possible. Naira gives birth to a baby girl. Doctor congratulates them. Kartik and Naira have tears of joy. Kartik was sure that it will be a baby girl. Naira hugs him.

She feels happy that she has fulfilled Kartik’s wish. They cherish the moment with their daughter. They turn too emotional and decide to share the joy with the family. Kartik shares the newborn’s moment with the family, who get too happy seeing the baby girl. Kartik shows his obsession for the baby. He is actually worried. He recalls the last time when his first child was stolen from the hospital. He doesn’t want to give away his baby to anyone.
Moreover, the family finds him going crazy for his daughter. Kartik’s strange behavior makes the family wonder his issue. Kartik doesn’t give the baby to the nurse for medical tests. The family explains Kartik about the basic tests needed for the baby’s well-being. Kartik is terrified. The doctor also assures that the baby will be fine. Kartik subsides his fears and sends the baby for the tests. Kartik stays alert and cautious. He assures Naira that he will not let anything go wrong this time. They both have the deep pain of losing their first child.
The Goenka family receives the good news of Naira’s daughter coming into the world. They rejoice. Kirti is disturbed seeing Krish’s arrogance. Later, Kartik and Naira share a moment of happiness when they congratulate each other. They meet the family. The family bless the baby. They love the baby a lot. Naira wants Kartik to bring back Kairav home. Kartik gets protective about his baby. Naksh finds something odd. He wants to know why is Kartik so scared when its about the baby. The family thinks its just Kartik’s love for his daughter.

Doctor tells Naira that the baby is a real fighter and saved Naira from the surgery. There is a funny moment when the baby kicks the doctor, reminding him of Naira’s kick. The doctor tells that the kick proves that baby belongs to Naira only. Kartik and Naira are much thankful to the doctor for bringing their daughter into the world.
Later, the couple receives a shocker when they don’t find their baby with them. They were sleeping at the time when the nurse took the baby to the nursery. Kartik isn’t aware of this. He goes to shout on the doctor and staff for negligence. Kartik expresses his fears that his baby got stolen again. He gets relieved to find his baby with the nurse. He reprimands the nurse for taking the baby against his will. He limits the medical staff against touching his girl. He just wants to take Naira and baby home. Kartik and Naira plan a double surprise for the family. They bring Manish home to bring joyful time for the family.
