She tells that Leela and Hasmukh slapped Vanraj and ousted him from the house on knowing this cheat, they made her a daughter and named the house to her. She feels that she has to stay with her family. She is attached to her family. She tells that Vanraj got distant. She tells her mother that her family is her happiness.
She doesn’t want to leave the Shah family. She apologizes to her mother. She promises that she will come to visit her often. They have an emotional moment. Anupama tells her that she will not cry on her pain, she will fight with her fate, she will be positive. She tells that she doesn’t want to be old Anupama. She adds that she wants to fly and stay happy for the sake of her family. She promises to stay happy and not hide any matter from her mother. Her mother doesn’t want to forgive Vanraj.
Paritosh and Kinjal begin their married life. Samar feels Paritosh is lucky to get married soon. He tells that he can stay anywhere he wants, since the house belongs to him. Kinjal thanks Samar for giving away his room to them. She asks Samar to ask for Nek. Samar wants her to promise that she will take care of Anupama. Samar gifts them a honeymoon package from Dolly’s side. Meanwhile, Vanraj is much disturbed because of Kavya and his argument. Anupama prays for the family, especially Paritosh and Kinjal.

She tells Samar that things have to get fine soon. She doesn’t think Vanraj deserves happiness. Kavya calls Vanraj. He doesn’t answer the calls. He drives in his gloomy state. Leela loves Vanraj a lot. She doesn’t want to end ties with him. She is worried for Vanraj. Hasmukh asks Leela not to just favor Vanraj. He tells that Vanraj has no regrets, he is selfish to run to Kavya. He wants Leela to know that Vanraj’s ego will ruin him one day. Vanraj is really egoistic. He can’t take the insult from Kavya.
Kavya wants him to talk to her once. Anupama feels restless. She wants Vanraj to be okay. Vanraj feels he has lost his family because of Anupama and Kavya. He hates both of them. Vanraj loses his cool. He drives madly. He meets with an accident. Anupama senses the bad happening with him due to their strong bond of many years. The bad omen turns true. She wants Samar to call Vanraj. He wants to know the reason. Samar calls Vanraj and learns about his accident. The family is shocked to learn about Vanraj’s accident. Anupama breaks down. She wants to see Vanraj. She assures the family that Vanraj would be okay. The family cries for Vanraj. Sanjay asks Leela and family to be at home.

He tells that he will take Anupama to Vanraj. Anupama reaches the accident site to find Vanraj badly injured. She fears of losing him. She learns about his critical state and the fact that he may not survive. It becomes a highly painful moment for Anupama. Anupama didn’t think she will see Vanraj in such a helpless condition.
