Anupama 5th April 2023 Written Update Great stride Anupama tells Kanta that she didn’t break when she left the Shah family, but this time, her heart, dreams, and hopes broke down. She has no courage and willingness to live her life. She tells that she doesn’t want to live without Anuj. She blames herself for not handling her happy life. She tells that she has lost everything by her own mistakes. She feels she has got all alone and she will die without Anuj. She shatters. Kanta consoles her. Anupama and Anuj both have an emotional breakdown. Dheeraj meets Anuj. Anuj cries and hugs him. Dheeraj asks him if is he okay. Anuj hides the matter about meeting Kanta.
Dheeraj tells that the problems won’t get less if he ignores Anupama and hurts her heart. He doesn’t want Anuj to get foolish. Anuj asks him not to lecture him. Dheeraj asks him to call him if he needs anything. He tells that he is just a call away. He doesn’t want to leave Anuj alone. Anuj thanks him for the help. Anuj sees Anupama’s picture and gets yearning for her. Kanta angrily takes Anupama with her. Pakhi shares her feelings with Kinjal. She feels it’s disgusting to see Vanraj reaping benefits from Anuj and Anupama’s break up.
She tells that even Ankush and Barkha are doing the same thing like they decided that Anuj and Anupama will never get back together. Paritosh asks what’s wrong if Vanraj wants to help Anupama. Pakhi tells that Vanraj is happy to see Anuj and Anupama separated, he is just like Maya who intends to keep them away. Paritosh tells that Vanraj cares for Anupama. He asks them not to doubt Vanraj’s concern, but to appreciate him. Kinjal tells that Vanraj has a hidden agenda. He tells that Anupama can’t understand Vanraj. Pakhi is worried. Kinjal tells that they will not let Vanraj succeed in his motives.

Kanta takes Anupama to the hospital and shows her the critical patients, who are still willing to live by fighting for their lives. She asks Anupama to see them and learn the value of life. She wants Anupama to value her life and not lose hope. She tells that every person gets sorrowful and they have to live. She asks Anupama to see the people who want to live but life isn’t giving her a chance. She wants Anupama to value the things she has. She tells that Anupama has a good life and she should live. She doesn’t want Anupama to forget whatever she has and just values those things. She asks her if wasn’t she living before meeting Anuj. She encourages her to live her life and move on.
Bhavesh tells Anupama that she has to move on and not lose out on life’s sorrow. Kanta tells that Anupama is not only a wife but also a mother. She asks her to not accept defeat because she is Anupama, who can never lose hope. She wants her daughter to live for her sake. She gives a rebirth to Anupama and wants to see her new side. Anupama gets motivated by her family’s support. Vanraj gets a surprising call. Anupama makes a new start in her life. She promises to live her life for her own sake. She tells that she will make the rest of her life the best of her life. Kanta and Bhavesh get glad for her. Anupama steps out of the house and faces the taunts from the neighbors. She stands for herself and gives them a befitting reply. Anupama returns to her dance academy and starts living life on her terms.
