Wedding twist in Bhagya Lakshmi 18th April 2023 Written Update. Vikrant thanks Lakshmi for considering him suitable and giving her consent for the marriage. He tells that he is ready for their marriage. This news brings a smile to many faces and tears to Rishi’s eyes. Rishi feels he will lose Lakshmi. He sees Lakshmi and controls his feelings. Ayush finds Rishi and Lakshmi looking at each other. He wants them to understand their feelings. He thinks to do something for them. Karishma congratulates Lakshmi and asks her to take blessings from everyone. Vikrant hugs his mom. Saloni hugs Lakshmi. Neelam and Rishi also congratulate Vikrant and Lakshmi. Rishi feels sorrowful and so does Lakshmi.
Meanwhile, Balwinder returns home. He feels Rishi is a big trouble. He wonders who is the new guy, whether is Lakshmi marrying him and how is it happening. He wants to take revenge on Vikrant. Vikrant thanks his mom and Bhabhi for finding a nice girl for him. He calls Lakshmi his life partner. He thanks the Oberois for their patience and understanding. Karishma tells that Vikrant is the best and Lakshmi is lucky to get him. Vikrant feels lucky to get a girl like Lakshmi in his fate. He thanks Rishi for divorcing Lakshmi and giving her to him. He adds that his pairing is made with Lakshmi, and Rishi’s pairing is made with Malishka.
Karishma tells that Malishka and Rishi are made for each other. Malishka feels lucky to get her. Neelam tells that they will fix the marriage date soon. Karishma tells that they are also in a hurry. Neelam doesn’t want to delay. Vikrant’s mom tells that they are also eager to take Lakshmi home. She is ready to make the arrangements. Vikrant thanked Lakshmi for accepting him and coming into his life. He tells that he already told her that he doesn’t care about her past, he lives in the present, and her past won’t have any place in their present. He promises her. Ayush finds Rishi crying.

Shalu scolds him and asks did he go mad to call this good news. She asks if he wants Rishi and Lakshmi to get separated. He says no. He tells that it’s good news because of some twist in it. He asks Shalu to sleep, he will meet her tomorrow and share his plan. Shalu and Bani get worried for their sister. They have no idea how they will stop Lakshmi’s marriage. On the other side, Lakshmi recollects a moment with Rishi. He tells her that she is dear to him. They tease each other with their mischief. They have a cute pillow fight.
Their good memories make her upset. Rishi meets her. He finds her lost in thoughts. He asks her not to think of Balwinder and worry. He tells that Vikrant has bashed up Balwinder and then he also handled Balwinder. He adds that he had come to the restaurant when he felt she needs him. He wanted to be sure that she is safe. He tells that he was around, he didn’t come in front of them, Vikrant is a nice guy, and he has saved her from Balwinder. He feels Vikrant is much better than him. He states that Lakshmi got a deserving life partner. He asks her if she likes Vikrant. He tells that Vikrant will keep her very happy.
He gets emotional saying he will be happy if she stays happy. He stops himself and feels he has lost all his rights to Lakshmi. He asks her to take a rest. They get upset to part ways. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she will hug him. He feels a longing for her. Lakshmi understands his love and gets tears in her eyes. Rishi asks her not to answer her if she doesn’t have anything to say. He makes a leave, while she weeps profusely. She is equally in pain that she is going away from Rishi.
