Ram Bhavan 24th April 2025 Written Update: Free Bonds: “Distractions, Devotion, and a Jog to Judgement-Free Bonds. The episode opens with Isha wrapping up her shift. She informs Prabha that she’s placed all toiletries and essentials in their proper spots. Ever thoughtful, she calls Om to check if he needs any printed notes—but he doesn’t pick up. When Isha reaches home, she finds Om fast asleep. Instead of waking him, she lets him rest.
Moments later, Om wakes up on his own and shares a quick recap of his day. He’s proud of having completed four chapters but also admits he’s exhausted—thanks to Nayasa and her friends who dragged him into playtime and completely drained him.
Isha instantly smells something fishy. She puts two and two together and suspects that Gayatri is behind this daytime circus, using Nayasa and her gang to derail Om’s focus. She tells Om that now that his “entertainment session” is over and he’s recharged with a power nap, it’s time to get back to his books. She offers to make him coffee while he settles into study mode.
Meanwhile, upstairs, the puppet masters—Gayatri and Garima—are celebrating a mini victory. Garima praises how their “distraction mission” worked, but admits Om’s quiet determination looked pretty solid. Gayatri brushes it off, laughing that seriousness and Om don’t even belong in the same sentence. With supreme overconfidence, she says she can throw him off-track in a snap.
What happens next? Exactly that.
Gayatri heads downstairs with Nayasa in tow and cranks up the music system. She announces they’re going to have a little dance session, because clearly, that’s more important than someone’s future. Loud music fills the house as Gayatri and Nayasa dance like they’re in a full-blown wedding sangeet. Om tries to keep up with his studies, but his frustration boils over. He’s about to go confront Gayatri when Isha intervenes.
Isha, always composed, suggests a smarter escape. She takes Om outside for some peace. Om’s skeptical—he doesn’t see how studying outdoors is possible. But Isha has it all figured out. She points to a bench nearby and says, “There’s your seat. You’ve got light, silence, and your books. What more do you need?” Om sighs, gives in, and sits down. Isha helps him adjust the bench. The two quietly get back to their respective work—him with studies, her with office tasks.
Still, Isha isn’t fully present. Her mind replays Gayatri’s cruel taunts at the office earlier in the day. Though distracted, she doesn’t let it break her. Later, she brings tea for Om to help him stay awake. She even shares a concentration hack with him—a small, sweet moment of guidance. Before calling it a night, she tells him about a new habit she wants them to adopt—a morning jog.
The next morning, Om is reluctant and complains like a grumpy teen. But Isha, all smiles, gets him to run anyway. She insists that morning jogging will help him sharpen both his mind and his body. After the jog, she tells him they’ll stop by the temple every day as well.
This part stirs something deeper.
Om hesitates at the temple’s doorstep. He admits that he doesn’t feel a connection with God, so he’d rather stay outside. Isha, unfazed and ever understanding, tells him that’s completely okay. She reassures him that everyone has their own way of believing—or not believing—and no one should judge that. Om is moved by her grace and says she’s one of the few people he can fully trust. He sees her not just as kind—but as someone who gets him, without forcing anything on him.
Inside the temple, Isha prays for both Om and herself.
Elsewhere in the same temple, Mili is also seen praying—asking the divine for help in fixing things with Isha and her family. As Isha approaches Om’s bike outside, Mili sees her and rushes over, emotionally hugging her and saying how much she missed her. Om, clearly not thrilled by the sight, turns away in annoyance. Isha stands quiet, caught in the emotional tug-of-war, while Mili keeps talking—perhaps trying to bridge the gaps with words Isha isn’t ready to receive yet.
