Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 13th October 2025 Written Update – Tulsi’s Fast, Noina’s Birthday Chaos, and Mihir’s Sweet Lies
The episode kicks off with Mihir getting irritated when Shobha tells him that Tulsi hasn’t kept the Karwachauth fast and might have gone shopping. Mihir, already frustrated, decides to leave because Tulsi isn’t at home and heads out to attend Noina’s birthday party.
Meanwhile, Noina prepares her favorite food for Mihir and reminds Suchi to bring an eggless cake since Mihir is a vegetarian. Just as the doorbell rings, Noina expects Mihir, but is surprised to see Tulsi instead. Tulsi wishes Noina a happy birthday and tells her that Mihir’s gifts have been delivered to her house, subtly reminding Noina that he cares even if she doesn’t notice. Noina insists Tulsi come in, and while serving water, Tulsi gently reminds her that she has kept her fast today.
At the same time, Mihir arrives, holding a yellow flower for Noina. He is stunned to see Tulsi there. He quickly learns that Tulsi actually kept the fast, and, realizing he’s been misled by Shobha, he calls her to ask why she lied. Shobha confesses she lied to bring Mihir closer to his mother, Tulsi. Tulsi reassures Mihir not to worry and subtly reminds him of the love and care behind Shobha’s intentions. Mihir, though initially confused, starts to appreciate the bigger picture.
On the other side, Supriya is angry with Vrinda because she refuses to marry Subhash. Nitin tries to calm her down and supports Vrinda’s decision, pointing out Subhash’s bad intentions. Supriya, however, manipulates Vrinda by saying that if she refuses the marriage, her mother could die—a classic emotional tug-of-war.
Back to the birthday scene, Mitali lights the candles while Suchi brings Noina forward to cut her cake. Everyone joins in singing the birthday song, and Noina makes a wish before cutting it. Mitali takes the first bite, followed by Suchi and Noina offering a piece to Mihir. Mihir gently reminds them that he is keeping his fast, which makes Tulsi happy. They both pray in front of the moon and break the fast together. Tulsi then brings the cake and feeds Mihir a piece, which leaves Noina feeling a little suffocated seeing Mihir’s attention toward Tulsi. She excuses herself, blaming Tulsi for spoiling her birthday. Suchi tries to console her, reminding Noina that Mihir is Tulsi’s husband. Noina mutters to herself, lamenting that Tulsi has ruined her special day.
Tulsi, on the other hand, feels elated and thanks Noina for making her day special by being part of the family celebration. Mihir and Mitali join the dining table, and Mihir tells Noina he has called the pandit to finalize the engagement date, signaling the next big step in the family. Mitali guides Mihir and Tulsi through the preparations while Suchi continues to calm Noina.
Noina, still stressed and plotting, consults Mitali about something important. Mitali shows Noina a video where Angad is giving water to Vrinda, hinting at subtle insecurities in the household dynamics. Mitali wants Noina to fire Vrinda immediately, but Noina, thinking strategically, tells her to wait for 15 days and focus on the engagement date instead. Before any more scheming, Noina receives a call, and Mitali leaves.
The episode ends with a tender yet subtly dramatic moment: a red rose falls from Mihir’s coat as he and Tulsi return home. Tulsi notices it and questions Mihir about it. Mihir tries to change the topic, but Tulsi’s keen observation allows her to understand that Mihir might be hiding something—or perhaps, simply playing along to delight her.
Precap: Parvati arrives at Shantiniketan, hinting at new twists and potential conflicts brewing in the household.
This episode beautifully balances humor, family tension, and emotional drama. Tulsi’s patience and care shine through, Mihir’s subtle gestures deepen the romantic undertone, and Noina’s envy adds a pinch of spice, ensuring viewers are hooked for the next episode. The narrative cleverly intertwines birthday celebrations, fast observances, and the undercurrents of household politics, making it a compelling watch.
