Dr. Aarambhi 18th February 2026 Written Update: Divorce Storm and a Shocking Discovery

The episode begins with Aarambhi receiving a message from a lawyer. He informs her that Radhika sent him and that he is waiting outside her house. Aarambhi replies that she will meet him in ten minutes and asks him to wait.

At the same time, tension rises inside the house when Koushiki arrives. Manju initially assumes Aarambhi has entered and warmly says that her daughter has come home, but the warmth fades instantly when she realizes it is Koushiki. Koushiki points out that this is the first time Manju called her daughter instead of daughter-in-law, but the moment turns bitter when Manju snaps back, saying Koushiki is not worthy of being called a daughter.

Balbir intervenes and asks both of them not to argue, reminding them that Aarambhi has just undergone surgery and should not be exposed to stress. The family insists that Koushiki should not come in front of Aarambhi. Koushiki agrees but reveals the real reason for her visit—she wants Arun to sign the divorce papers so she can leave.

This revelation shocks Arun’s parents. They had no idea their son’s marriage was collapsing. Arun admits he could not tell them earlier because Aarambhi’s surgery and other issues kept him occupied. Balbir urges everyone to postpone the discussion so Aarambhi does not learn about it, but Koushiki lashes out, saying this is exactly the problem—everyone talks only about Aarambhi and never considers her feelings.

Manju loses her patience and says Koushiki should never compare herself to Aarambhi because she can never be like her. The remark cuts deep, making it clear that Koushiki has always felt overshadowed in this household.

Outside, Aarambhi meets the lawyer. He asks if she wants a divorce. Aarambhi calmly explains that it is her husband who wants to end the marriage, but her priority is gaining custody of her son Vihaan. Noticing curious neighbors watching, she decides not to continue the conversation there and asks the lawyer to meet her at his office the next day.

Back inside, the argument escalates. Koushiki blames Manju for her failing marriage and the years of pressure she endured. The situation turns ugly when Manju raises her hand at her. Balbir immediately asks Arun to apologize for the incident, but Koushiki refuses to accept it and warns Arun that she will see him in court.

At that moment, Aarambhi walks in and overhears the word divorce. She is stunned and demands to know what is happening. Manju quickly presents her version of the story, claiming that Koushiki wants to separate and is making false accusations against Arun. Koushiki, feeling completely misunderstood, tells Aarambhi that she of all people should understand why someone would choose to walk away from a marriage. She says that to live, one must not only breathe in but also let the breath out, hinting at the suffocation she has been feeling. With that, she leaves.

Aarambhi steps outside again when she notices the lawyer returning. He simply hands her his visiting card, saying he forgot to give it earlier, and leaves.

Back in the house, Aarambhi confronts Manju. She questions why Koushiki is always compared to her and says that when a marriage fails, it is not solely the woman’s fault. Manju refuses to accept this view and firmly insists that a marriage’s success or failure depends entirely on the woman. Aarambhi is left disturbed by this rigid thinking.

She recalls the time she met Vishwas, remembering how he once assured her that he had no objection to her continuing her medical career. The memory now feels bitter, considering how her life actually turned out.

Arun approaches Aarambhi and asks her not to worry about Koushiki’s situation. Aarambhi urges him to talk to Koushiki and truly understand her side instead of assuming things. Arun says he already knows what her problem is, but Aarambhi insists that assumptions cannot replace a real conversation. Arun reluctantly agrees to try but then casually remarks that Aarambhi’s own marriage is perfect, a statement that carries an unintended irony given what viewers already know about Vishwas.

The episode ends on this uneasy note, leaving multiple relationships hanging in fragile balance.

In the precap, Aarambhi faces another blow. At the medical council, she is told to pay forty-five thousand rupees for her application within forty-five minutes, but her card is declined. Desperate, she goes to a jewelry store, only to discover that all the jewelry Vishwas gifted her is fake, leaving her heartbroken and shaken.

Dr. Aarambhi 18th February 2026 Written Update Review

This episode focuses strongly on emotional conflicts rather than dramatic twists, and that works in its favor. The confrontation between Koushiki and Manju highlights the deep-rooted bias and expectations placed on women within families, making the scenes feel painfully real. Aarambhi’s calm but firm stance adds depth to her character, showing her growth as someone who now questions injustice instead of silently accepting it. The precap promises a major turning point, especially with the revelation about the fake jewelry, which hints at a deeper betrayal waiting to surface.
