Dr. Aarambhi 7th May 2026 Written Update: Vihaan Meets With An Accident Amid Vishwas-Aarambhi Fight
Today’s episode begins with Arambhi feeling hurt seeing Vishwas use Vihaan as a weapon in their personal issues. At the hospital, Arambhi’s colleagues continue mocking her and call her a loser for restarting her medical career after many years. Raj gets upset hearing them insult her, but before he reacts, Manmeet steps in with a smart plan.
Manmeet asks the junior doctors to help her understand a few complicated patient diagnoses. However, none of them can answer correctly. She then turns to Arambhi, who confidently diagnoses every case perfectly. The same colleagues who mocked her earlier are left speechless after witnessing her brilliance.
Manmeet proudly praises Arambhi and reminds everyone that she was once a gold medalist. She says getting opportunities late does not make someone a loser. Her strong words leave the junior doctors embarrassed while Arambhi silently feels grateful for Manmeet’s support.
Meanwhile, Arambhi notices that Vihaan still hasn’t returned home or to the hospital. She becomes restless because Vishwas hasn’t even informed her about him. At the same time, Vihaan gets lost while running behind a balloon. Feeling scared and alone, he starts searching for his father in the crowded streets.
Arambhi lovingly prepares a DIY medical kit for Vihaan’s school project and thinks about how happy he would feel seeing it. On the other side, Vihaan spots someone who looks like Vishwas and runs onto the road calling out “Dad!” A speeding truck almost hits him, creating a terrifying moment.
Soon, Arambhi receives a shocking call informing her that her child met with an accident. She drops the phone and the medical kit in panic and rushes out immediately. Meanwhile, Vishwas and Avantika continue searching for Vihaan. Saniya complains about getting tired, which irritates Vishwas even more.
Vishwas blames Avantika for letting Saniya stay glued to her phone all the time. He compares her parenting with Arambhi’s and indirectly admits that Arambhi is a more responsible mother. Avantika gets offended hearing this. Their argument grows worse as Vishwas angrily asks her to search for Vihaan properly.
Arambhi desperately stops Dhruv Chawla’s car asking for help, but later takes an auto to reach the accident location faster. When she arrives, she feels relieved seeing Vihaan safe. Vishwas also reaches there, and both immediately start blaming each other for negligence.
The inspector scolds Vishwas for failing to take care of his child after bringing him out. He reveals that a woman saved Vihaan from the accident at the right moment. Vishwas quietly agrees to pay for the damages and leaves with Arambhi and Vihaan.
Later, Arambhi asks Vihaan why he wandered away alone. Vihaan innocently reveals that Vishwas was busy with Avantika and told him to do whatever he wanted. Vishwas loses his temper and says he will punish Vihaan for his careless behavior.
Arambhi strongly stops him and says she will not allow anyone to shout at her son after this incident. Vishwas again taunts her for prioritizing her career over motherhood. Tired of his accusations, Arambhi says she will now answer him in court instead of fighting in front of Vihaan.
The episode ends with their marriage reaching another breaking point after Vihaan’s near-accident shock.
Precap: Arambhi blames Avantika for today’s incident, saying Vihaan himself admitted that Vishwas was distracted because of her. Avantika warns Arambhi not to drag her into their personal problems, but Arambhi boldly replies that she is already involved.

This episode balanced emotional family drama and hospital politics effectively. Arambhi finally got a strong moment where her intelligence silenced everyone mocking her. The Vihaan accident sequence created genuine tension and emotionally exposed Vishwas’s irresponsible behavior.
Manmeet once again emerged as the strongest supporter in Arambhi’s journey, while the growing Vishwas-Avantika angle is clearly pushing Arambhi towards a legal battle now.
