Dr. Aarambhi 28th May 2026 Written Update: Dhruv Chawla Supports Aarambhi After Vishwas Fires Her
Today’s episode brings power clashes, ego battles, hospital politics, and emotional heartbreak. While Vishwas tries humiliating Aarambhi once again, Dhruv Chawla enters the hospital with authority and attitude, completely changing the atmosphere. Aarambhi faces a heartbreaking professional setback, but Dhruv’s arrival hints that Vishwas may finally meet someone stronger than himself.
The episode begins with Vishwas completely losing his temper at the hospital entrance.
Without knowing Dhruv’s real identity, Vishwas orders the security guards to throw him out immediately. However, before the situation worsens, Sunil quickly intervenes and respectfully greets Dhruv as “Mr. Chawla.”
Vishwas immediately realizes his mistake.
He gets shocked after understanding that the man he insulted is none other than Dhruv Chawla himself. Sunil quickly tries controlling the damage and introduces Vishwas as his son.
But Dhruv is not impressed at all.
With sarcastic confidence, Dhruv clarifies that he already knows everything about Vishwas. He further shocks everyone by revealing that he is the co-owner of the hospital and also the grandson of Kunikaa Chawla.
Dhruv openly mocks Vishwas.
The humiliation becomes obvious on Vishwas’s face. Sunil desperately tries smoothing the situation and explains that Vishwas would never have behaved rudely if he had known Dhruv’s identity earlier.
Dhruv instantly attacks the mentality behind that statement.
He sarcastically asks Sunil whether Vishwas behaves politely only after hearing someone’s surname or status. Sunil awkwardly laughs and tries turning the matter into a joke.
Avantika quickly interferes and asks everyone else to leave.
Later, Vishwas vents out his anger in front of Avantika. He declares that Aarambhi must be removed from the hospital immediately. According to him, Aarambhi challenged him openly, and now she must face the consequences.
Vishwas orders Avantika to find any excuse and terminate Aarambhi.
He confidently says he will handle Dhruv Chawla himself. Avantika silently agrees to execute his plan.
Meanwhile, in the cafeteria, Aarambhi feeds food lovingly to Vihaan.
Vihaan shares everything that happened earlier involving Dhruv and Vishwas. Aarambhi silently senses that Vishwas will not stay quiet after being insulted publicly.
She already fears retaliation.
Elsewhere, Sunil once again apologizes to Dhruv for Vishwas’s rude behavior. Kunika becomes irritated watching Sunil repeatedly apologizing.
Sunil tries defending Vishwas again.
He says Vishwas normally does not behave arrogantly like this. However, Dhruv cleverly notices the deeper issue. He sarcastically comments that Aarambhi must be someone very important if Vishwas reacts so emotionally around her.
Dimple immediately interferes.
She tells Dhruv that this is merely a family matter and should not concern outsiders. Harry then explains that Vishwas is already under immense stress because of Vihaan’s kidnapping and Kunika suddenly disappearing.
Nandita supports Harry’s explanation.
Soon, Harry reveals another important detail. He says Aarambhi knew about the kidnapping but still did not inform the family immediately.
Dhruv immediately questions them professionally.
He asks why they did not inform the police if the matter was truly serious. Vishwas enters there and explains that involving the police would damage the hospital’s reputation publicly.
Dhruv silently notices Vishwas’s priorities.
Instead of justice or safety, Vishwas appears more worried about image and reputation.
Later, Vishwas formally apologizes to Dhruv for his earlier behavior. But Dhruv refuses to let the matter go easily and sharply rebukes him again.
Sunil then suggests something important.
He asks Dhruv to inspect the hospital personally and recommend any necessary improvements. Dhruv immediately agrees and says he wants to meet every employee personally to understand both the strengths and weaknesses of the hospital.
He also makes one thing very clear.
Everyone in the hospital must remember that he is equally one of the owners now. Vishwas unwillingly accepts this reality.
Outside, Dimple whispers to Nandita that Dhruv seems extremely arrogant and controlling.
Meanwhile, Vihaan excitedly tells Raj how Dhruv saved Aarambhi earlier. At the same time, a nurse informs Aarambhi that Avantika is calling her urgently.
Elsewhere, Dhruv asks Sunil to gather all employees in the lobby.
Then comes the heartbreaking moment for Aarambhi.
Avantika officially informs Aarambhi that she is being expelled from practicing medicine at the hospital. Avantika bluntly tells Aarambhi that this decision is Vishwas’s answer to her challenge against him.
Aarambhi stands stunned.

She says she acted only to protect both Vihaan and Kunika ji.
However, Avantika coldly replies that Aarambhi can justify herself later to her husband because the hospital authorities have already finalized the decision.
Avantika asks Aarambhi not to return to the hospital from the next day onward.
Aarambhi silently walks out carrying her termination letter, completely shattered emotionally.
Meanwhile, all hospital employees gather in the lobby.
Sunil officially introduces Dhruv as the new co-owner of Neo Pulse Hospital. The nurses whisper among themselves and recognize him as the same “DC” who previously created chaos in the hospital.
Dhruv overhears them confidently.
Instead of getting angry, he boldly says he is ready to answer all their questions directly. At the same moment, Avantika silently signals Vishwas that Aarambhi’s termination work has been completed.
Aarambhi completely breaks down emotionally.
Holding her termination letter in tears, she calls her mother. Her voice trembles while speaking. Aarambhi emotionally requests her mother not to lecture her today about becoming an ideal wife or daughter-in-law.
For the first time, Aarambhi simply wants emotional support.
She says she is coming home broken and crying because she only needs her mother’s comfort right now.
Meanwhile, Dhruv thanks Sunil for the warm welcome. Sunil politely responds that it was their pleasure.
Dhruv confidently announces that everyone can simply call him “Dhruv” or “DC.”
The episode ends with Aarambhi shattered emotionally while Dhruv silently prepares to challenge Vishwas openly.
