Do Duniya Ek Dil 14th July 2026 Written Update: Shivay Protects Aadhya as Sonam’s Plan Backfires
The episode starts with Pallavi telling Sonam and Suraj that the next time she visits, she will bring gifts for them. She also asks Sonam to keep the ₹1 lakh for the time being. Suraj happily agrees.
However, Pratima immediately takes the money from Suraj and returns it to Pallavi. She reminds Pallavi that when Baldev had visited earlier, he had also given her an envelope. Pratima asks her to take both the cash and the envelope back to Baldev.
Sonam suddenly snatches the money, claiming it belongs to her and not to Baldev. Pratima tries to take the cash back, leading to a heated struggle between the two.
The argument spills outside the house, where the bundle of cash falls onto the ground. During the commotion, Pratima also falls. Pallavi quickly helps her up while Suraj gathers the scattered money.
Sonam creates another scene by accusing Pratima of stealing their hard-earned money and publicly humiliates her in front of the neighbours. Watching everything, Pallavi silently wonders how Aadhya is managing to live in such a hostile household.
Elsewhere, Padma tells Vivaan that he has only two choices left—either run away from home or kill Shivay. According to her, those are the only ways to protect himself after the exam paper leak scandal.
Meanwhile, Aadhya visits Shivay’s perfume factory. Shivay is surprised to see her and asks why she has come there. Aadhya explains that since he was upset with her, she went to the temple alone and brought prasad for him.
Shivay accepts the prasad and eats it before asking Aadhya to return home because an important client is expected at the factory. Aadhya insists on helping him, but Shivay firmly reminds her that he does not wish to have any personal relationship with her and resumes his work.
A few moments later, Shivay notices that Aadhya’s kurta is torn. Without saying much, he steps closer and gently hugs her to hide the torn portion of her dress.
He immediately clarifies that he is only doing it to protect her dignity because of the damaged outfit. Aadhya smiles and tells him that his actions prove how much he actually cares for her.
Back at home, Pratima prepares tea for Pallavi. Pallavi lovingly asks Sonam to tell her if she wants jewellery or anything else, promising to fulfill her wishes. She also requests Sonam not to trouble Pratima because Aadhya dislikes family arguments.
Pretending to agree, Sonam quietly removes the gold ring from Pallavi’s finger before Pallavi leaves.
Three hours later, Vivaan storms into Shivay’s house, loudly demanding to meet him. Suraj tries to calm him down, but Vivaan pushes him aside.
Sonam immediately encourages Suraj to teach Vivaan a lesson. Suraj throws Vivaan out of the house.
Soon, Vivaan returns with a group of goons. They brutally attack Suraj while repeatedly asking where Shivay is hiding. Amid the chaos, Suraj somehow manages to escape.
Later, Vivaan rushes to Baldev and apologizes for his mistake. He admits that he purchased the leaked examination papers from a man named Shiv Kumar. He also reveals that his name has become linked to the exam paper leak case because he accidentally called Shivay instead of Shiv Kumar and confessed everything over the phone.
Hearing the shocking truth, Baldev angrily slaps Vivaan and scolds him for his foolishness before sending him away.
Once alone, Baldev realizes the danger. He fears that if Shiv Kumar is caught, his own involvement in the examination paper leak may also come to light. Determined to protect himself, he decides to stay extremely cautious.
Meanwhile, Shivay carefully covers the torn portion of Aadhya’s dress before bringing her back to their neighbourhood. A young girl points out that Aadhya’s dress is torn. Without hesitation, Shivay removes his coat and wraps it around Aadhya before escorting her safely home.
Seeing this, Pratima asks Shivay whether he has finally reconciled with Aadhya. Shivay calmly explains that he only gave her his coat because her dress had torn and refuses to admit any emotional change before walking away.
Watching him leave, Aadhya silently vows to win Shivay’s heart one day. At the same time, Sonam realizes that her attempt to embarrass Aadhya has completely failed.
The episode ends.
