Mannat 17th July 2026 Written Update: Mannat Realises Vikrant Is Remembering His Past

The episode begins with Mannat feeding a modak to Vikrant. After tasting it, Vikrant casually suggests that the modak would have been softer if a little more ghee had been added. Before Mannat can react, Vibha arrives and asks Abhimanyu if they are discussing the catering order. She questions whether he still plans to cancel Mannat’s catering contract. Without answering, Abhimanyu quietly walks away.

A few hours earlier, Kumar notices Abhimanyu’s arrival and immediately informs Mannat that Vikrant has come to Mezbani.

Just then, Dhairya and Roni approach Mannat. Kumar quickly stops Dhairya from entering. When Dhairya questions him, Mannat lies that a goon has been troubling Prachi by visiting the restaurant every day and that she has promised Kumar she will handle the situation herself. Dhairya insists on confronting the goon himself before leaving. Mannat also sends Roni away. However, Roni unexpectedly says he feels as though Vikrant is nearby. Mannat somehow distracts him and sends him away as well.

Meanwhile, Vibha praises the delicious food at Mezbani and tells Abhimanyu she cannot understand why he wants to cancel the catering order. Abhimanyu silently thinks that being around Mannat makes him experience strange emotions that he cannot explain, and that is the real reason behind his decision.

Later, Mannat meets Abhimanyu privately while Ankit sees it as the perfect opportunity to investigate. He deliberately takes Vibha away with him.

Ankit questions one of the waiters about Vikrant, but the waiter says he recently joined the restaurant and knows nothing. Believing the head chef would surely recognize Vikrant, Ankit decides to question him instead.

Inside the kitchen, Ankit notices the chef talking about Vikrant. He cleverly requests a photograph with the chef while Vibha goes to bring her phone. Ankit secretly plans to bring Abhimanyu into the frame so the chef can reveal whether Abhimanyu is actually Vikrant.

Meanwhile, Mannat gently asks Abhimanyu whether he has remembered anything. She reminds him that Mezbani was his dream restaurant and that he created it himself. Abhimanyu firmly refuses to discuss the past and insists that he is Abhimanyu, not Vikrant.

Changing the topic, Mannat suggests adding modaks to the wedding menu and offers him one. After tasting it, Abhimanyu instantly remarks that adding more ghee would make it softer. Mannat immediately becomes suspicious and asks how he knows such a professional cooking tip. She directly questions whether he is actually a chef. Abhimanyu remains silent.

At that moment, Vibha interrupts again and asks Abhimanyu whether he has decided against cancelling the catering order.

Mannat questions him about his decision. Abhimanyu coldly replies that they already have their own chef and no longer require her services. He assures her that the payment due will be cleared.

Elsewhere, Ankit’s plan completely fails as Kumar cleverly sends the chef away before he can see Abhimanyu’s face.

As Abhimanyu prepares to leave, Mannat notices Roni nearby and chooses not to follow him.

Ankit, Vibha and Abhimanyu leave together in the car. Ankit concludes that Abhimanyu cannot possibly be Vikrant because the chef would have recognized him otherwise. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu convinces himself that by cancelling Mannat’s order, he has removed her from his life and will no longer experience those confusing emotions.

Meanwhile, Dhairya returns and tells Kumar that he could not find any goon around the restaurant.

Later, the lawyer asks Mannat to sign the legal documents. Mannat worries that if Abhimanyu cancels the catering order, she will lose her biggest opportunity to help Vikrant recover his lost memories.

Dhairya notices Mannat’s sadness and asks what is troubling her. Roni tells Mannat that he often feels Vikrant is somewhere nearby. He says that even when they try to move forward, old memories somehow find their way back into their lives.

Roni’s words suddenly make Mannat realize something important. She understands that Vikrant is not completely forgetting his past—he is unconsciously remembering it but deliberately trying to suppress those memories. Determined not to give up, Mannat decides she will continue trying to bring Vikrant’s past back to him.

The episode ends.

Precap

Mannat once again tries to help Vikrant recover his lost memories.

Review

The episode beautifully builds the mystery surrounding Vikrant’s forgotten identity. His instinctive cooking advice and emotional discomfort around Mannat strongly suggest that fragments of his past are slowly resurfacing. Mannat’s determination grows stronger, while Ankit’s failed investigation keeps the suspense alive. The emotional battle between memory and identity continues to drive the story forward.

Rating: 4.6/5
