Do Duniya Ek Dil 27th July 2026 Written Update: Baldev Targets Shivay as Aadhya Refuses to Back Down
The episode begins with MLA Chotelaal arriving at Baldev’s house with a smug smile. He mocks Baldev after winning the lucrative contract that Baldev had been trying to secure for a long time. Chotelaal taunts him further, saying Baldev has too many personal problems to focus on politics, referring to Aadhya’s marriage to Shivay and Vivaan’s involvement in the exam paper leak.
Pretending to celebrate his victory, Chotelaal offers Baldev a box of sweets.
Baldev’s anger erupts.
Instead of accepting the sweets, he forcefully stuffs them into Chotelaal’s mouth one after another. He then snatches a gun from one of his henchmen, points it at Chotelaal, and forces him to write a suicide note.
Baldev coldly orders Bhima and Sundar to keep Chotelaal hidden for the next three days, ensuring that no one sees him. The terrified MLA is dragged away.
Meanwhile, Shivay undergoes a medical check-up.
The doctor examines him and asks Suraj to buy the prescribed medicines immediately. When Sonam asks about the cost, the doctor says the medicines will cost around ₹15,000.
Suraj refuses to let anyone else pay for Shivay’s treatment and confidently promises that he will arrange the money before leaving.
Elsewhere, Komal is speaking to Baldev over the phone while standing by the roadside.
Suddenly, a biker attacks her.
The goon tries to run her over, but Komal bravely fights back and manages to survive the attack. The assailant flees before she can catch him.
Without wasting time, Komal contacts a police constable and gives him the bike’s registration number, instructing him to trace the attacker at any cost.
Back at Shivay’s house, Mona brings a hot water bag to ease his pain.
When Shivay regains consciousness, he realizes it is Mona caring for him instead of Aadhya.
Feeling uncomfortable, he politely takes the water bag from her and says he can manage on his own.
Mona quietly steps aside.
Meanwhile, Aadhya returns to Baldev’s house.
Baldev immediately confronts her for filing a police complaint against Vivaan because of an outsider like Shivay.
Aadhya refuses to stay silent.
She reminds Baldev how he once forced her to take the blame for Vivaan’s accident. She also recalls how he ignored Vivaan’s attempts to shoot Shivay twice.
Now that Vivaan has committed the serious crime of leaking examination papers, Aadhya declares that enough is enough.
She says Vivaan has crossed every limit.
Baldev responds with harsh words and warns Aadhya that she should wait and see what he does to Shivay next.
Fearlessly, Aadhya challenges him to go ahead.
Their confrontation turns heated before Padma intervenes.
She reminds Baldev that Aadhya is still his daughter and asks him to calm down.
Padma also advises Aadhya to speak respectfully to her father before taking Baldev away.
Meanwhile, Sonam secretly prepares another dangerous plan.
She mixes a drug into Shivay’s food and asks Suraj to make sure Mona feeds it to him.
Her intention is to create a romantic misunderstanding between Shivay and Mona.
Unaware of the trap, Suraj agrees.
Soon, Vivaan storms into Aadhya’s room.
In a fit of rage, he throws her belongings around and threatens to kill her for filing the police complaint.
He demands that she withdraw the case immediately.
Aadhya firmly refuses.
Vivaan grabs a flower vase and attempts to attack her.
Before he can strike, Baldev arrives and stops him.
Aadhya points out that Baldev has finally witnessed Vivaan’s violent behaviour with his own eyes.
She says filing the police complaint was the right decision because Vivaan has truly become a criminal.
Instead of accepting his mistake, Vivaan criticizes Baldev for interfering and warns that one day Aadhya will send even Baldev to prison.
He storms away in anger.
Elsewhere, Mona serves the drugged food to Shivay.
Under the influence of the drug, Shivay mistakenly believes Mona is Aadhya and behaves affectionately toward her.
A few moments later, the drug’s effect begins to wear off.
Realizing what happened, Shivay immediately apologizes to Mona for his behaviour.
Back at Baldev’s mansion, Aadhya packs her luggage and decides to leave.
Before she can walk out, Sundar, Bhima, and Vivaan block her path.
Vivaan once again demands that she withdraw the police complaint.
Aadhya refuses without hesitation.
Baldev then asks Vivaan to leave the room before turning to Aadhya.
He places a document before her and orders her to sign a letter withdrawing the case against Vivaan.
Aadhya responds with a condition of her own.
She asks Baldev to first sign a written promise stating that he will never again impose his decisions on her life.
Baldev silently makes a phone call instead of answering her demand.
Soon afterward, tragedy strikes.
Shivay injures his hand in an accident.
Pratima immediately calls Aadhya and informs her about Shivay’s condition.
Aadhya instantly suspects foul play.
She realizes Baldev must have been responsible for the accident.
Without wasting a second, she confronts Baldev.
Baldev refuses to admit anything and shockingly blames Aadhya herself for Shivay’s accident, leaving her furious.

Precap: Aadhya notices Mona secretly leaving the house late at night and follows her. Mona is seen performing at a bar. Disguising herself with a veil, Aadhya joins the dancers to uncover the truth. Just then, Shivay arrives at the bar. Mona escapes, but Aadhya’s veil slips off, leaving Shivay stunned as he sees her dancing on stage.
